We were extremely impressed with Luc's Roofing. Everyone involved was efficient, thoughtful, and thorough. The front slope of our roof needed to be re-done and it was completed in only two days. We also had a tricky situation with a mature flowering tree that could have been problematic. Luc's team managed to avoid cutting any branches and the tree was unharmed. I would highly recommend Luc's Roofing.

Excellent quality, service and, overall, a company you can trust. Luc does things properly and takes pride in the work he performs. I used Luc's Roofing to replace my large flat roof and it was done properly with careful attention to proper venting, drainage, insulation and overall workings (not just replace the materials). I feel good about picking Luc's Roofing. I have also used Luc on my prior house with a pitched roof and it was issue free.

The whole experience was good. We had the whole house re-shingled. The job quality was top notch and everyone I dealt with was nice and respectful. The crew arrived at the promised times and I was constantly updated about their progress. I found they were very unobtrusive while they worked. They took great intricate care in protecting the property and did a thorough job in cleaning up. I would surely use Luc's Roofing again.

Luc is unbelievable - so reliable and efficient. Showed up when he said he would and was always polite and courteous. We received a few quotes - Lucs roofing was on the mid to high end - however his level of professionalism far exceeded many other vendors. We strongly recommend Luc and his team.

I have only good things to say about Luc, Ben and the whole team at Luc's Roofing. Luc was very responsive and helpful from the time of the quote until well after the job was completed. I had my whole roof replaced with asphalt shingles as well as shingles placed on three dormers. Ben and the team had to take off three layers of old shingles first. They did this neatly and I didn't find any errant nails or shingles in the yard afterwards. They took extra time and care to keep my property and that of my neighbors tidy.

Ben and his team are fast, efficient, and meticulous. Mine was a tough job. Old house, three layers of singles (including original 1923 cedar) and some tricky dormers. These guys arrived every morning and worked 10-11 hour days to get the job done before winter arrived. Always willing to answer questions. Kept a clean site.

In the fall of 2011 I had my sloped roof and flat roof over the garage completed by Luc's Roofing. Ben Corriveau from Luc's Roofing was a complete pleasure to deal with - informed, polite and professional - and he returned this fall (after 3 years) to remove a hydro connecting post, as promised, and reshingle not only that area but a few spots where raccoons had tried to infiltrate the attic. Luc's was not the cheapest quote I received but if you are seeking a quality roof that will out perform and outlast the others I heartily recommend Luc's Roofing.

Great job guys. There are not very many roofers that take as much pride in not only the job of roofing but in the care that was taken in covering up all the plants, windows, and air conditioners which made my neighbours very happy. I found Luc to be very helpful and professional. We talked about everything from condensation, air circulation, ice shields, felt paper, shingles and the importance of eavestrough extender. Ben and his crew were simply awesome, on the roof they were quite organized. I have spoken to many neighbours in the area that had their roofs just recently done and after watching and seeing the care and workmanship that Ben and his crew displayed on and off the roof all said the same thing," you get what U pay for". I believe a good roof is an investment in prevention. I would and have recommended Luc's roofing to anyone who wants peace of mind.

We've been using Luc's Roofing since we moved into this house in 1980 and he has earned our enthusiastic recommendation. Last December we incurred roof damage during the ice-storm. Our power was off and we were out of our house for eight days. The insurance company sent a contractor who told us that, in order to repair our roof, our power would have to be shut off for seven days while we stayed at a hotel. Ours is a typical downtown home, with narrow laneways. This other contractor said it was an incredibly difficult, unusual and complex job, and that our neighbour's laneway would be filled with debris for seven days. This was nonsense and unacceptable to us. Fortunately we turned to Luc, who knows about close-together downtown homes and uses a special scaffolding system to prevent debris from falling down into the laneway. (See photo below, left.) Ben and his team were terrific, installing our new roof in two days. (See photo below, right.) The guys were hard-working, friendly, efficient, and quiet. Best of all, they cleaned up meticulousl, without disturbing a single flower in our garden. When they were finished, the laneways were cleaner than they were before the job! A great team! For anyone who needs roofing work, we recommend Luc's without reservation. Thank you, Luc!
