    Roofing

    Luc and his son Ben and team are simply a pleasure to work with. They have that magic combination of high standards, excellent project management skills, superior technical skills, and strong interpersonal skills. They were courteous and patient in explaining the project upfront and helping me choose a new shingle colour. Throughout the project they were neat, thorough, and thoughtful. They took good care of my neighbours' properties in addition to mine. They even installed my new mailbox as I did not have the right tools to drill into cement. My home inspector highly recommended Luc. His price wasn't the lowest and I debated going with another roofer at a lower cost. But after seeing the way they work, and my new roof, I feel like I made the right decision. Money well spent!

    Roofing

    As he did 20 years ago, Luc came through with a great job. It looks great, and no leaks. His crew were of the top of the line, and gentlemen.

    replacing sloped roof on a semi-detached house

    Luc's Roofing did a fantastic job on replace our roof. We decided to go with them because of the positive homestars reviews and because they were prompt to return our call and come over for an estimate. They are very friendly, profession, and gentle. They took time to answer the many questions I had which was very reassuring. They explained the process as they went along and I believe they were very thorough, making sure I wouldn't be needing roofing services for a long time to come! My roof looks great and they kept my tiny little garden neat and tidy which was a big deal to me. Very courteous and professional service. Thanks Luc and Ben!

    Low sloping roof

    Luc's Roofing was very professional, friendly and gave great customer service. They were able to fit me in immediately and came in right on budget. They also went above and beyond by caulking a window and attaching a loose venting pipe we didn't know was previously installed incorrectly by another contractor. The roof looks great and have had no issues with it, even after all the rain lately. Will use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

    Flat roof replacement

    Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the work that Luc's team has done. The new roof looks beautiful, and they cleaned up wonderfully once they were done (our eaves troughs are even clean). Everyone was very friendly and professional. This is just nitpicking, but the only thing that would have made this perfect was if they had explained verbally, even if just a little summary, of how the roof replacement went (i.e. condition underneath the membrane, any issues or lack of issues that arose, etc), or if they explained what they planned on doing beforehand without us having to prompt them. When Luc first came, he provided me with a quote (which was nicely laid out), but didn't go into any explanation. Once the roofing was done, I received an email from Luc with the invoice, but again, no explanation of how the work went. Some times we don't know the right questions to ask, so it's nice to get some kind of explanation, even if we don't understand it all. But other than that, I would definitely work with them again and recommend to friends and neighbours!

    New Roof

    Luc's did an amazing job on our roof. Ben came out right away when we called and presented a clear and reasonable quote. The job was completed on time and all garbage was removed from our property and neighbors. We were very happy with the end result and would highly recommend Luc's roofing !!!!!!!

    Remove and Replace Roof

    Luc's Roofing is a professional roofing business and we highly recommend their work! Luc and his crew were honest and the timelines were realistic. Our roof presented some challenges but the workmanship was outstanding. So...let it rain!

    Flat Roof and Sky Light

    Luc and his team are amazing. Courteous, fast and experts at what they do. They helped us track down a leak, fix our venting and updated our sky light. They even upgraded some work that was done by a competitor as Luc didn't feel it was up to par. I would highly recommend Luc's Roofing to anyone looking for quality at a great price.

    roofing

    My whole family have been Luc's customers practically since he went into business thirty years ago: four (five?) houses and counting! They were so satisfactory the first time (and all the times after that) that we have never even considered shopping around. These guys are smart, fast, and 100% trustworthy. They've just finished a job on my roof with a mix of regular shingles and cedar: Luc said it would be beautiful and it is - Classy! The men came at 7.30 a.m. on Monday and were done by 4 p.m. Tuesday, and except for the new roof you would never know they had been here: not a scrap of trash anywhere and the big driveway container gone. If I could give them an eleven out of ten I would. (p.s. they replaced all my eavestroughs last year, including re-directing my downspouts, with the same perfect efficiency.)
