    Reshingle Standard Roof

    These guys were great! We had a leak in our roof back in January. The shingles were old and so we knew the thing to do was re-shingle the whole roof, rather than try to patch. Luc was very responsive to communication and his customer service was impeccable. His crew was able to fit us in right before a big snow and rain storm that surely would have caused us a lot of problems. They were able to correct the venting of the attic and the improperly vented bathroom fan, and finish it all ahead of schedule. They were able to do all of this without leaving a single roofing nail behind, or cause any damage to sensitive patio structures or shrubs beside the house. In fact you would never know they had been here except for the fantastic new roof. Thank you so much Luc! -Jeff

    Roof replacement

    We just had Luc's replace our roof in January, we chose them as we had them do a repair previously and were quite satisfied with the job they did. We called on a Saturday and didn't expect to hear until at least Monday, but within half an hour Luc and his son Ben showed up to see what they could do. By the following wee they had a crew here to do the job, it was in a real cold snap the they worked for three and a half days in frigid weather and did a terrific job. The put down drop sheets in each area they were working and at the end of each day would dump it into the dumpster. They did fantastic work and were so friendly. They had to a couple of days use a leaf blower to remove snow from the roof that had fallen overnight, but it didn't stop them from completing the job.. The day they finished and left I couldn't' find one nail or piece of tar paper anywhere around the property. I fully compliment Luc and Ben for operating a company that takes this type of pride in the work they do. It is hard in this day and age to find companies that still have this work ethic.

    Roof replacement

    Luc and his team completed an excellent job on our roof in very short time despite a frizzing and snowy weather. Everything from first response on our request to completion of the roof job was fast delivered with quality in mind. The roof was done in day and half so we are happy to have now new roof that will serve us for many years ahead. There were professional, on time and cost was reasonable. We will recommend Luc’s Roofing to anyone who consider doing similar thing. Many thanks to Luc and his team. Way to go….

    new roof

    Luc's Roofing Ltd was very efficient and on time. We needed a rush on the roof because of leaking and the weather this January was very cold. This did not stop Luc and his team. They came early and worked right through one day and half the next day. They cleaned up and we would never have known at the end of the day that anyone had been here. That is how clean they left it. I would recommend them to anyone wanting expert service with a smile.

    Roof replacement

    We recently had Luc's Roofing replace a small roof on our downtown Victorian home. Working with Luc's roofing was great. The experience was great from the initial meeting to the finished project. He (and his team) were professional, on time, on price and did a great job. I would recommend Luc's roofing to anyone that was considering having similar work done. Luc's roofing is now our "go to" roofing team.

    shingles on slanted roof

    I called Luc because of Homestars and the roof was in rough shape. Luc explained how time consuming replacing a slanted roof it. The person came and did an excellent job leaving everything beneath as clean as possible.

    New Roof

    Two years ago I asked Ben to come by and check my roof before winter to see if anything needed to be done. He came by with a caulking gun, fixed up some things here and there and told me the roof was good to go, no charge. So when I asked him to come and check the roof again this year, and he came by and told me that it was time to do the roof, I knew I could trust him. I hired Luc's Roofing to do my roof. They came and did an amazing job. They gave me a high-quality, very attractive looking roof complimentary to my home at a decent price. They even went the extra mile to put in extra ice and water shield for better protection, a drip edge on the back extension and a couple of things here and there at no extra charge. I paid the original estimate price dead on. Plus their communication with their clients is very responsive, they left the front and back yard in exactly the same shape they found it, and they even covered a parking ticket I incurred when they asked me to park my car in the street to allow them to do the work. They really care to make sure that not only the roof is done in an excellent manner, but also to ensure the entire experience is pleasant for the home owner. I cannot recommend Luc's Roofing highly enough. More contractors should take a page out of their book, particularly on expertise, integrity and customer service. Gentlemen, take a bow!

    Flat Roof and Skylight Installation

    This is the second roof done for us by Luc's Roofing within the last 10 years. The first one was the large steep roof on our 1894 Victorian, still good today. When one of our flat roofs got a leak at the end of last September, it was just days before our planned 2 months away. Luc and Ben came the next day to give us an estimate and said they'd try to do the roof asap. Their estimate was identical to the quote by another reputable roofing company working in the neighborhood at the time. Luc offerred to schedule the work as an emergency for Saturday to give us a peace of mind while away. The material was delivered Friday at the end of the day and the crew showed up briefly at the same time to inspect the workplace. All work was completed on Saturday, the guys cleaned up nicely front and back yards, Luc came to check with us, and we could not be happier. Time after time this company delivers top notch job. They try to work with you, are 100% professional and treat you nicely as a customer. Their attention to detail is phenomenal! We can absolutely recommend Luc's Roofing. When the time comes for our third roof, they'll get the job, too.

    Roofing job

    We recently discovered a leak in a small addition located at the rear of our house. After calling around, we were discouraged by the number of roofers who seemed booked up through the spring. We called Luc expecting to have to wait awhile for service, but he was able to get us a quote within a day and the job done within the week. It was also very helpful that he was so available via email - an easier way to communicate during the busy working day. Let me add that this was also done just in time for the remnants of Hurricane Sandy to blow through! We were very relieved to have this done in time and have the peace of mind of a solid roof during a week of rain and wind. We would recommend his services without reservations.

    Installed the metal flashing on the rool that was missing and resealed the skylights

    I called Luc's Roofing on a referral and got an immediate professional response. Luc came over to my new house at the scheduled time. I showed him the home inspection which set out the issues with the roof. Luc inspected and gave me a quote and offered to check the seals on the skylights while up on the roof. His employee Roman came a few days later as agreed to with Luc and he was lovely. Roman was respectful of my home and property. He installed the metal flashing and then checked the rest of my roof and skylights. He cleaned up so that I did not have to deal with any nails or leftover pieces of flashing in the garden or on the driveway which has happened with past roofing companies. Luc and his team were a pleasure to deal with and i would use them again and recommend them for sure.
