Roof Repairs
They did a great job. Not only did they explain things clearly, they took photos of the inspection they did so they could show me issues I couldn't otherwise see. These photos were uploaded to my file on their database, demonstrating real organization and process. They were also good at providing me with different approaches to fixing the issues we needed to address. Well done!

Eavestrough Cleaning
Tip Top Trough was very responsive throughout the process, they did full debris removal. On top of doing a good job cleaning the eavestrough they also did an inspection and made recommendations for improvements. Highly recommended!

Eavestrough cleaning and inspection
We contacted Tip Top Trough after finding them on homestars as we had water leaving down the front of our garage from the roof. TTT replied with a quote in a very timely manner and scheduled an appointment with us in 2 weeks. They arrived on time and completed the work in around an hour. They showed us pictures of the debris in our eavestrough and the pictures of after they were cleaned. They also went through the inspection results with us, letting us know the condition of our eavestrough and if there was anything that needed repairing. They did identify that we had a crack in one of the corners and advised us to have it fixed before the winter. Other than that they said that everything was in great condition and didn't try to push us into purchasing anything. We had a great experience and will definitely be dealing with them again in the future.

Eaves replacement and sealing leaks
Tip Top responded immediately to our inquiries and when they couldn't come to do the work on the assigned day (due to bad weather), they contacted us right away to re-schedule. The work was carried out professionally and no mess left behind. They were a pleasure to deal with and answered all of our questions.

Inspection, cleaning and repair
Tip Top works through email, making scheduling and payment easy. They were flexible and communicated well, did the job cleanly and professionally and did not try to upsell me on unnecessary services.

Flashing replacement
While checking our eavestrough and downspout installation, the crew from Tip Top Trough pointed out that the flashing around our second floor deck was in poor condition and should be replaced. I told them to go ahead and when the crew removed the old flashing there were clear signs of leakage and the beginning of rot in the wood. I am very pleased and impressed with the job that their crew did for us. They also identified and dealt with issues as they arose in the installation, checking with me along the way. And, while checking the eavestroughs along the roof, they pointed out developing problems with my flat roof that I will deal with immediately before they develop into anything more serious. It's never easy to discover unforeseen problems and to have to pay for repairs but with an old house this is inevitable. I'm satisfied that the price was reasonable and the work was done carefully and professionally.

Eaves flushed and cleaned out
TTT was very friendly and accommodating, great customer service and I am very satisfied with the work done. I will for sure use them again in the future. The job was complete in a great amount of time and it did not inconvenience me at all. I would be happy to recommend their services.

Trough Cleaning
Contracted this company based on the positive reviews here on Homestars. The service didn't disappoint. They did a solid job of cleaning the troughs and suggested some improvements to a problem downspout. They were pleasant to deal with as well throughout the booking and completion of work.

Eaves trough repair
One of my eavestrough downspouts broke away from the house this winter in a wind storm. I called several companies and they never returned my call. When I reached to Tip Top Troughs they were quick to respond and let me know when the work could be done. They came when they said, and were able to fix everything. My house is 3 stories high so I know it wasn’t easy. They did a great job and repair looks perfect and matches all of the existing materials. Myriam kept me updated and was able to organize the work even though I wasn’t able to be home the day it was done. TTT was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them and would use them again myself. I also like that they are a ‘Baeumler Approved Contractor’ – that gave me good piece of mind. I understand that they also maintain properties, which is something that I would be interested when away on vacation. Overall a great company!

This is the second time I've used them. Their customer service is excellent. They are prompt, the quality of their work is thorough and they clean up after themselves. I will continue to use them and I have no hesitation recommending them.
