After having another company do a very poor job cleaning my eaves last year I found Tip Top Trough on Homestars. I was impressed with the communication I had back and forth with Myriam via email and she provided an estimate in a timely manner. I would have preferred to have a set appointment in advance but instead Myriam told me that she would contact me one day in advance. Luckily this worked out, but for some others with more structured schedules it might not work. However, when the time didn't work out for me, Myriam easily worked around my schedule and changed it. The 2 people who showed up to do the work were great. They described what they found with the eaves as well as other issues they saw with my chimney and roof. They bagged up all the leaves/debris and left it neatly on the curb. I had an issue with water running over my eaves, will have to wait until winter is over to see if the issue was corrected by the work they did, although I'm sure it will be. Would recommend this company
