Tip Top Trough was very professional from my initial call to the end of the repair. I was very happy with the quick and competent service. I would absolutely call this company again for any eavestrough or downspout issues that may come up in the future.

I needed a gutter/downspout cleaning for a house we just bought as you could see they were full of leaves. Myriam was very responsive and provided all the details with a clear quote and scheduling. They came on time (were quicker than we expected) and did the job very efficiently. We've actually scheduled them to replace the existing vinyl system with a new aluminum one based on a conversation I was having with Myriam while the crew was cleaning. She even suggested we could wait a few years before changing it (i.e. she wasn't pushing a sale/more business), but we have 2 small kids and my wife and I decided to do it now rather than deal with it in 2-3 years. Myriam was again responsive with our decision (both phone and email) and is frankly the reason why I'm taking the time to write this review.

I contacted Tip Top Trough when I realized that my damaged eaves trough was leaking and causing my basement to flood. They quickly gave me an appt and showed as expected. The repair was done quickly and professionally and no more leaking!

Tip Top Trough was one of 5 companies we selected for quotes. We are extremely happy that we chose them to do the work as we are very pleased with the results. We had a lot of run-off in the front of the house and this has stopped. No more icicles and wet icy patches on our steps. Pierce and the workmen realized the issue and installed the eaves troughs to ensure that this does not happen again. The work was completed in an efficient time frame with very little interactivity with us. Pierce and Myriam corresponded by email which worked well for us, and suggested the leaf guard in their quote. We had not requested this in our initial request but realized how necessary this is, and very happy that we have added it. Honestly, it was so easy and as my husband was very busy, I took care of it and couldn't believe how effortless it was. We would certainly recommend them wholeheartedly to friends and family. Excellent service! Very knowledgable, professional, polite, friendly, competent, clean, efficient and reliable. The price is higher than a window cleaning service, but you get what you pay for. Tip Top has very high standards and they guarantee their work. They specialize in troughs, so they inspect, maintain and clean. Given that a poor job can lead to water damage inside, I find it worth the price to ensure quality workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. I will definitely have them back again.

We had to get some additional work done on our eavestrough system and decided to contact Tip Top Trough again. They had done work for us in the past and did an excellent job with re-routing a downpipe that was very difficult to access. We noticed that water was running onto our neighbour's property so we decided to contact Tip Top Trough to move our downpipe onto the other side of our house. Pierce and his team once again were prompt to reply and scheduled the work to be done in a timely manner. When the crew arrived, they re-sloped our eavestrough and installed a new downpipe for us. I took photos and made a request to have one of their crew members record a video of the work being done so that I could share it here on HomeStars. Thanks again Pierce, Myriam and their crew!
