    eaves cleaning and repair

    Pierce got back to me right away with a quote for cleaning out and minor repair of eaves. An estimated date of work to be done was also provided. I was contacted again just prior to crew coming out to the house- right on schedule! Crew was knowledgeable, polite ad professional. All debris was removed from property. May have further work that needs to be done and would definitely use Tip Top Trough again.

    Eaves re-routing

    Small job but they quoted and got it done within a week. Great team of guys and very professional work. Definitely will use these guys for all eaves work and cleaning going forward.

    Eavestrough cleaning

    I found Tip Top Trough after reading all the good reviews on Homestars. Email communication with Pierce was prompt, price was fair. My appointment needed to be rescheduled after the crew was held up at the previous appointment but this was communicated to me. The day of the work, the 3 man crew came and worked effciently. I would use Tip Top Trough again.

    Eavestrough cover and heating line installation

    Pierce and his team at Tip Top Trough are hard working, reliable and quick to respond. From my initial contact, Pierce was always fair and reasonable in his quotes, responding quickly and explaining options. We wanted covers installed on all of our eavestrough in our two-story home, as well as heating wires to melt snow in the winter. They explained options and then worked quickly to complete the work. The team was very professional and courteous while on site. A job well done. This is the second time I have hired them (and have already referred them to two friends and to others in my family).

    Eaves Cleaning

    I contacted Tip Top for a quote and received a prompt reply. Pierce called me on the weekend to arrange a day and time and his crew was in an out without me even really noticing! With 2 sleeping babies this was a real plus. We had a cascading waterfall over our front porch steps and they cleared the issue. Bring on the rain! I'd recommend them highly. Prompt and professional.

    Eves trough cleaning

    Downspouts were blocked with leaves and debris. Tip Top responded quickly with a quote, they showed up to clean and repair when they said they would. they cleaned up after themselves and the invoice followed shortly thereafter equalling their quote. no surprises.

    eavestroughs/downpipe repairs

    Previous company did a poor job and wouldn't answer my calls. Tip Top came to the rescue, did a thorough free "diagnosis"/quote, came in a timely fashion and fixed everything, also responded to my questions quickly and politely, also guarantee their work and invited me to call them anytime with any questions or concerns in the future. Quote was well itemized.

    Eavestrough Cleaning and maintenance check

    Moved into our house to discover (via the water cascading over the eavestrough vs. through the downspouts) that the yearly accumulation of leaves from neighbouring trees had never been cleared. Contacted Pierce and T.T.T and he deployed a person to do a site inspection. He then (with a lot of effort which I really appreciated as my schedule has few open slots) coordinated and day and time. Crew arrived well armed for the task and did a fantastic job. This was not an easy visit for them as my trough and downspouts were incredibly clogged and our high stacked townhouse pushed 80' ladders to the test. Nevertheless they worked non-stop to ensure that everything was in excellent condition upon job completion. Great service, great staff, great price. 10/10!

    Down spoutes

    We had water coming in from the july floods. tip top did a great job redirecting the water. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs help with troughs

    Downspout Relocation

    Tried to find someone to relocate the downspouts from our upper roof that were tied into the eaves on the lower roof. When we had a heavy rain they would overflow and run down the walls. We noticed that it was washing out the mortar between the bricks. We tried several company's but they were busy and our job was too small. We then found Tip Top Trough on line and was glad to hear back from Pierce that he would come and give us an estimate. He came in a few days and came up with a solution to our problem. He sent his crew out and they made short work of this simple repair. They were very nice polite young men and showed us exactly what they were going to do. Thanks to Pierce and his crew.
