    Gutters & Eavestroughs

    We found Tip Top Trough via HomeStars and we are very pleased with the results. From the very first contact Pierce was efficient, courteous and reasonable. His crew were the same, as well as very respectful of our home. We received an honest opinion of services needed and we will be dealing with Tip Top Trough again to solve any future issues. In addition to all of this, the price of services rendered is very reasonable.

    Clean eavestroughs/replace down spouts

    Tip Top Trough was one of the companies I contacted (as they had very good reviews) for a quote to repair or replace my eavestroughs. I'm quite pleased that the reviews were true. Pierce only suggested the work that was needed and didn't try to get me to replace the eavestroughs unnecessarily. He always answered the phone when I called and responded to email questions quickly. He made me feel comfortable hiring them for the job (not like some other places that felt like they were trying to rip me off). The guys who came to do the work were friendly and very polite. They cleaned up and took away all the garbage and left everything the way they found it. Pierce followed up to make sure I was happy with their work. I would definitely use them again.

    eavestrough cleaning and repair

    Pierce and his team did a great job cleaning my eavestroughs and repairing loose downpipes. Pierce responded quickly to all my questions as to why my eavestroughs seemed to be leaking (they actually just needed cleaning) and his crew did a great job and left my back yard spotless. They reattached loose downpipes so that everything looks like new. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.

    Downpipe Extension

    Tip Top Trough is an organized, professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented company. The initial visit is informative followed by a crew which excel in their trade. The downpipe extension is not unsightly and aside from preventing water damage my goal was achieving an attractive solution. The people at Tip Top are skilled and understand the intricacies of minute concerns which are exceptionally important to people like myself. I believe the name Tip Top speaks volumes and accurately describes their work ethic.

    Installed new eavestroughs at the side and front of my hosue

    Pierce and the Tip Top crew were great! I had a quote within days of my online request and they were able to fit me into their schedule in a reasonable time frame. On the day they were in and out within an hour, didn't leave a mess and even went back up to fix something that seemed a little off after they had put all of their gear away. They were a great crew and I would highly recommend them!

    Eavestrough cleaning

    I was happy with the service provided. I requested the eavestrough of my house to be cleaned. The quote provided was professional and detailed. After the job was completed they cleaned up the job site. I would recommend this service to others.

    Eaves repair and clean

    Eaves were damaged and hence water was pooling from adjacent houses which caused damage to our basement. After Tip Top came in to repair and clean, there were no more issues with water entering our basement. They did a fantastic job!

    Re-route eavestroughs

    Pierce from Tip Top Trough did an excellent job re-routing our eavestroughs. He was professional and prompt. We are very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend Tip Top Trough.

    Eavestrough Cleaning and Re-securing

    We were having issues with our troughs leaking heavily from behind, causing grading issues. Pierce was lovely to deal with, provided a detailed breakdown of his assessment and was very responsive to any questions I had. The crew was also great, explaining the work they were about to do and checking in with me to make sure they addressed all of the problem areas we had noticed. During a heavy rain a week later, we noticed one trough still leaking a bit - the crew stopped by within a few days to fix it. Definitely recommend!

    new gutters with gutter guards

    We had a terrific experience with Tip Top Trough. Our home is small and the job wasn't going to make Tip Top a lot of money, but he treated us with courtesy and respect like like any other customer. And after the install, there was a small leak in the drainpipe that showed up after the first rain and he had his crew come fix it right away. Even his employees were very courteous. We would hire him again without hesitation.
