Hi, Pierce and his team were fantastic. they did the job when they said, for the price they estimated, and we couldn't be happier. It looks great, and we've already noticed there is less damp in our basement, which was part of the reason for getting new gutters done. We DEFINITELY recommend this company.

Tip Top’s great reviews made it easy to contact them for a cleaning service. We had a serious water overflow on the side of our house, resulting in periodic water in our basement. As well, there was a leaking joint in the eavestrough right outside our bedroom window, keeping us up during rainstorms with a constant "drip, drip, drip, drip." Pierce came by and suggested that we re-slope the side eavestrough as well as clean the eavestrough. We took his suggestion and had them do the work. Even though the eavestrough had just been "cleaned" 2 weeks prior by a large Toronto window and eaves cleaning company, after Pierce's guys were done, there was a pile of new dirt and leaves washed out of the downspouts. With all the rain we have had since the work, the eavestrough has worked without any issues any we can sleep soundly during the rain. The best part is, Pierce arranged everything from the initial quote to completing the work while we were at work which saved us a ton of hassle. Tip Top Trough is worth every penny. Storm Approved!

A friend of mine had some work done on her house and was very happy with the work and the amount of time to do the work. I called Pierce Goldman to come by and give me a quote. He came by on the picked date, checked what it was I needed to have repaired on my eves trough on my house. A date and time was picked to do the work. Pierce & a helper arrived on time, and completed the required work. I would recommend "Tip Top Trough" for any eves trough work you may have on your house.

I highly recommend Tip Top Troughs. They provided me with a neatly printed work order for my approval, and on the day they came to do the needed work, they were polite, intelligent, and did a wonderful job on the repairs I needed.

Pierce and his team at Tip Top Troughs, provided me with a couple of solutions to deal with an old set of eavestroughs and ultimately, decided the best long term solution was replacement. Their cost was very competitive, the workmanship and quality of their team of installers was top notch. When the installers arrived but with the wrong colour, they took full responsibility, went back to their supplier, got the right colour and installed it perfectly - all in the same day. I highly endorse Pierce's team at Tip Top Troughs and would recommend them without reservation.

We'd had 10 or so loose shingles come off in the storm winds and needed someone to repair them. As it's a 3rd floor roof we reached out on HomeStars. Tip Top Trough came highly recommended and for good reason. Pierce was very engaging with his customer service, was able to give an approximate cost over the phone and then followed this up soon after with a site inspection and detailed quote. The work was done very well. Justin arrived on the day and fully explained what was wrong with the roof and how he was going to address it. Then, he not only fixed the roof and cleaned the troughs out, but he also re-secured a loose trough which was compromised. All this without asking - he just took the initiative and did it at no extra charge. I'd recommend these guys as they did the work very conveniently and with high customer service at a great price.

From quote to completion, Pierce and his team were efficient, detail oriented, cost effective, and most importantly, produced quality work. We needed to have our eaves sealed, a downspout replaced and re-routed, as well as some soffit/ fascia repair. We purchased and are living in a "fixer upper" home so we are no longer rookies in the quoting process! It can be long, drawn out and somewhat painful. This was not the case with Tip Top Trough. The whole process with their team was prompt, polite, and very, very painless! Thank you Pierce and team for your care and commitment to your work - and our home!

Pierce answered my email requesting a quote for new eavestroughs the next business day. He came by to make an estimate, and provided us with a quote and suggestions all within a couple days. He is always at the end of the phone when I have questions and concerns, usually after hours. And, when his crew arrived, they were on time, did a beautiful job (including the installation of a rain barrel) and were out before we even returned from work. It has to have been the most simple house transaction we've ever made, and the results are beautiful. And, I don't worry when it rains anymore! Thank you, Tip Top!

It was a pleasure dealing with Pierce. He was prompt. He and his crew worked quickly, but efficiently. He did notice other problems, but did not apply any pressure to deal with them immediately. I will certainly use this company again.
