Have used Pierce on more than one occasion. Even sent him to my mom. This guy does it proper. He is punctual and committed, and he strives to build lasting relationships with his clients.

Pierce answers his phone right away, is straight up, knows what he is talking about and delivers exactly what he states. Exactly what you want in a contractor. Highly recommended! Such a relief to find guys like Pierce. Keep up the great work!

On a windy night, we were woken up by a very loud rattling noise. After realizing that the sound was coming from out side, we grabbed flashlights and went to check around the house. Our eaves trough had come loose and was banging against the house. With a baby trying to sleep the noise was unbearable. The following morning we call Tip Top Trough and told them our problem. By that afternoon they had someone on site to repair and re-secure the broken pieces. they also replaced all of the nails holding in our entire trough around the house, to make sure this would not happen again. The prompt and terrific service was really what we needed to put our minds at ease. I would recommend them to anyone.

He provided a quote and had his crew to my place in next to no time. Once the work was done (I was at work), he called me to talk me through what had been done. The quote Pierce provided was not the lowest I received but he was creative in coming up with a good solution to repairing and partially replacing our eavestroughs. He started the work when said he would and did it in a timely fashion. He made sure to follow up with me after the first rainstorm and agreed to come back to fix a spot that was still leaking in a timely way. Through the whole process he was available to answer any questions I had and provided thoughtful advice. I'm very happy with the service provided and highly recommend Tip Top.

A heavy snow storm in Toronto had caused a small portion of my eaves to come down. I had used Tip Top before so I called them and they came within the week to access situation. Tip Top put my eaves back up in good time and are easy to get in touch with. Thank you.
