From sales representative to crew and their manager all were excellent hardworking people to deal with and delivered the job as promised then delivered the Guarantee Certificate as promised. Most definitely I would recommend City Wide Group. From the project manager down to the general labourers the team was top notch. In particular the project manager Alex was a joy to work with. I championed this project for an elderly family member and the respect, courtesy and professionalism that was displayed from the City Group team to the elderly homeowner goes beyond words. The project was completed on budget and was completed using the materials that were presented in the initial quote. I went sent out request for quotes to three companies for this project and the only company that took the time to explain the project in detail and did not present an overly aggressive sales pitch was City Wide. If I had to mention one negative was the fact the job took a little longer to complete than was expected. None the less my experience with City Wide was positive and I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I am very satisfied with the work that City Wide Group Inc did for my house. Alex and Peter are very reliable and friendly which made us happy with their work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone because of their great work and services.

We were having a constant leak in one of our basement walls. We didn't have any contacts to call so we checked on homestars and received a couple estimates. City wide's quote was in the middle range price wise, but we really felt confident in their company and their professional estimator Tony. Tony had George oversee the work and he was at our beck and call, which really made us feel confident in choosing the right company. So far we have been dry!

Chris and the City Wide team are super responsive and always willing to answer every question that you may have (And I had many). After a burst pipe, My basement leaked sewage water and caused a huge mess. After City Wide finished repairing our basement and included a retaining wall, we have never had another issue. I would recommend anyone to City Wide as they truly are a reliable and awesome group of guys. A+!

My basement flooded in 2008 after a huge storm and the sewer pipe backed up as well as my neighbors retaining wall broke. Chris and his crew came in and started work right away. They cleaned everything up and removed all the damaged dry wall and studs on day one. Day two they put up new studs and drywall. Then they built a retaining wall around my basement to prevent flooding from future downpours. They did and amazing job, they were fast courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

We have been very happy with their service, beginning with Casey, their company representative who has been very courteous, professional and helpful. The work crew lead by George have also been great. George made sure we're informed at every stage of the process, he also went over and above to accommodate our requests. There has been no leaking since the job completion. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed on my first meeting with Chris from City Wide Group. He was very professional. What impressed me most was that he was able to call his crew to start work on my leaking basement the next day. At that time it was a busy season for leaking basement and other companies were either too busy or I have to wait for a long time. The job was finished quite quickly and so far there has been no leak in the basement.

Clean installation. Clean reinstallation of affected pavement. Reliable service. Responsive. No problems so far. Recommend.
