I am extremely satisfied with the work done to repair my outside pipes. The crew was customer friendly. Deinstall of my deck is still outstanding Regret the decision of hiring this company Poor management communication Lack of customer service Tired of follow ups Poorly written contract purposely didn't mention anything about cement and wanting to charge me extra for replacing the cement they took out ---- I must admit after posting this review Chris the owner contacted me and completed the job in a week time frame. I should have dealt with him from the beginning. Chris has been fantastic and went above and beyond and took care of everything that was outstanding.

Excellent workmanship. Very good clean up job after the job was completed. The job was completed in a timely manner, workers were very punctual and hardworking. The foreman of the crew, Peter, was very professional and an excellent supervisor. I was nervous at first but once the estimator Casey and foreman Peter spoke to me, I felt reassured and in good hands. The project was completed in the best way possible, steadily working and the crew took pride in their work.

City Wide is an excellent company who offered us a competitive rate and did the job in a quick and professional matter. They go above and beyond other companies with customer service, even to the point the sales associate who sold they job came back twice to make sure we were happy and everything was going smooth. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

City wide did work at my elderly parents place. We met with Chris and he was a man of his word. He came in and wanted to make things right and made sure that we were satisfied.

We were impressed from the start with how respectful, hardworking and tidy Jacob and Mark were. They were very polite with our neighbours as they had to interact with them frequently in our shared driveway. Each day we came home all of their tools were neatly arranged in the basement. When they borrowed the hose, it was perfectly coiled on the deck when they returned it. The work in the basement was very precise and impressed the inspector when he came to take a look. We are very happy with the finished product as we know the drains, the foundation and the floor are all in excellent condition.

We had great experience working with Alex V from City Wide, who came as a referral from a reputable plumbing company. Reasonably priced, high quality work and responsive to our questions. They were timely with completion and respected our property and dealings with neighbors. Would highly recommend them to anyone, including family and friends. I appreciate their life time guarantee on their work, which gives us assurance on quality.

They knew what they were doing, and didn't waste anytime. They worked hard and quickly and explained the process well. The guys were very curtious to the neighbour, and got out of the way whenever asked. Clean up was good
