The City Wide Group is a great company you can definitely rely on for this type of work. They came to our property and gave us a reasonable estimate for the work. Everything was done within the agreed upon time and they left the place very clean upon completion. Very professional. The only negative comment is that they still have to return to repair the interlocking stone that sunk after the job was completed. We recommend not to pay for the job completely until all final work has been completed. On the whole the job was professionally done.

City Wide Group did a great job installing the waterproofing. They were very punctual and delivered quality work. My neighbour recommended City Wide to me and as a result I am a very happy customer too.

City Wide Group did a spectacular job waterproofing and sealing a crack by our basement window. The were very prompt and efficient. The job was completed in 4 1/2 hours and Jacob and his team left my backyard immaculate. I would definitely recommend them!

We called City Wide to waterproof our wet basement. Chris came out and assessed our situation promptly. Our job involved a number of items such as an AC unit, stairs, concrete, window well and gas line to contend with. Upon completion, everything was restored just as when they started. We are a very satisfied customer.

Found them on-line and sent them a request for pricing on their website late at night when we discovered water in our basement after a rain storm. Before the other guys even called me back Chris had come out reviewed, given me a price and a start date. Extremely happy with the price and service, done on time.

Citywide provided realistic advice and did an excellent job. We were given a couple of different options for the repair, the pros and cons of each, and were able to make an informed decision. The work was done is a way that didn't disrupt our lives, dust barrier was put in place and many drop cloths were used, and we were given advanced notice of high noise levels.

We had a flood and didn't know where the problem steamed from. After calling many companies we selected Harry who was referred to us by a friend. His prices were competitive but his style was the most responsive and professional. He was quick to respond and his team found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. They worked hard on the hottest of summer days and did a great job. They were friendly and helpful and went the extra mile. I am a picky customer and I have to say Harry and his team were a pleasure to deal with, professional, friendly and they know their business. Thanks Harry , I love my dry basement!

Chris and his team at City Wide Group were amazing. They worked extremely hard and efficiently on the underpinning and waterproofing of my basement. When I had questions or concerns, Chris was able to promptly address them. Underpinning is a big undertaking and I wouldn't trust just anyone!! City Wide has the knowledge and experience to complete the job.

Our house got hit hard with the big rainstorm this year.We needed a new roof that caused drywall and basement damage.It was hard on us financially to have to fix all of these projects.It was a very stressful time.I met with so many workers,and City Wide Group was the only company that stood out.He made me feel at ease right away and made me feel like he was concerned about my situation and tried to make things as easy as he could for me.They were quick and my backyard looks exactly like the way I had it.I had companies quote me three times as much as City Wide.I am a pretty picky person,so for me to give a company this kind of rating says alot!
