Water started from side of house, called Citywide and \harry came out to check. Found out the water was coming from the dehumidifier. Harry was very helpful even though it had nothing to do with the work he did he came the house twice and phoned 3 times to help. We were happy to have his expertise. Thanks Harry. Marti from home stars came by and provided us with a very reasonable estimate. He followed through on job completion. His workers tidied up the place. Was very satisfied with the work.

City wide is, by far, the most reliable and professional contractor I have dealt with during a multi-year, extensive renovation project. They arrived and finished on time. They returned phone calls promptly. They were both efficient and pleasant.

We contracted City Wide Group Inc to do our foundation waterproofing to our newly purchased home. We also had them install a new back water valve. The team and company worked together with a neighbouring apartment building, as part of their driveway had to be closed for a duration of the work. City Wide made it hassle free for us, and we are very pleased with the work and team.

After having to carry out many extensive and expensive renovations on our 130 yr old home, we were cautious about the extensive basement reno we had decided to undertake (underpinning, waterproofing etc). As soon as we met with Chris, we felt we could trust him and though he was not the cheapest quote, he was fair. Over the next months it became very clear we made the right decision. Chris and his company are incredibly professional, respectful (punctual, clean), and will do whatever possible to deal appropriately with any "surprises" which might pop up (and in our old, often "renovated" downtown basement, many did).
