Highly recommended! Had to fix a leaky basement, but could afford only 70% of the total perimeter of the house. Chris was very helpful in determining the areas that had to be fixed in priority. Not only the team did the work on time, on budget and clean, but I also got more than what I wanted! At the end of the job, the team found a hole in the basement wall due to a legacy oil furnace. The hole was a likely source of water pouring in, but was beyond the perimeter in scope. At my great surprise, the team went above and beyond and fix the issue at no extra cost!

The service was very professional. I felt confident right from my initial meeting with Chris. The work happen exactly as mentioned and scheduled and they actually finished a couple days early. They made sure to test everything afterwards, to make sure everthing was tied in. It has been over 1 year now and there has been no sign of moisture in my basement.

Once again, Chris and his team provided us with excellent service and sound advice. Chris responded and inspected water in our basement the same day of my call and scheduled a team to install a sump pump very quickly thereafter. Upon opening an area behind a wall, the team discovered a hidden pipe so the decision was made to investigate further before proceeding. We appreciated Chris' conservative approach which saved us much disruption to our home and quite a lot of money. Ultimately, our water damage was attributed to a faulty dehumidifier and we did not need to proceed with the job. The extensive waterproofing job originally done for us by the City Wide Group has continued to keep our basement dry and we will continue to use and recommend their services as required. I would recommend City Wide Group to anyone that needs waterproofing. The crew is professional and organized. Top quality material was used. They work hard, arrive as planned and keep the site cleaned. I am so ready for the rain now. Everything was explained clearly and now I am very satisfied and can sleep without worrying about the rain.

After we moved into our newly renovated home, we found out we had a HUGE leak in our basement. The leak was causing mold on the entire basement and dry walls. Our contractor hired someone to do the waterproofing during the renovation however we quickly realized we had to call a professional. We found City Wide on the internet. We called about 5 different companies and had City Wide be the only ones that showed up on time (the same day we called). Their quote was a little higher than the other quotes however it was worth every dime. City Wide employees were extremely knowledgeable. They immediately found the issue and started working within 2 days. The work was both internal and external. Workers showed up at 8am and left at 7pm. They were quiet and worked clean. In addition, they had to dig in our basement and replace drywalls. We didn’t even feel we had construction in the house. The basement is dry and we are extremely happy.

A great experience. Steven from citywide came out and explained and quoted the.job. Reasonable pricing. The work was done within a week and the workmen were very polite and did a great and thorough job. I am very impressed so I figured I would write this review as I heard about citywide and Steven from citywide on homestars.

Chris Cavan gave one of three quotes. His was the highest, but the most complete in assessing the problem. Price per foot of excavation was n between the other two. promised a two day job and he delivered. Very impressed with the crew he sent. Very professional, knowledgeable polite and efficient. They protected my neighbors property, cleaned up the site completely after the first day so that there would be no safety on inconvenience issues over the weekend. Completed the job on Monday and left the site very neat & clean. A number of the neighbors came around to comment on their excellent work and safe and considerate work process. I called City Wide Group when I had a huge leak in my basement that was causing mold and just made the whole place smell. The nicest man, Stevan, came and waterproofed the whole place, and did an amazing job! We had it repainted, and its been like a whole new basement since!

I found my basement was wet this summer(we moved in last winter). I called another company to come and estimate, they gave me $3000 quote. Then we called city wide group, Stephen came and checked the basement and outside wall very carefully, with his years experience and intuition, he kneeled down beside the hydro pipe in the wall and pull all the dirt and debris away, and found a hole three finger size, that's the place the water goes into basement. Stephen then told me how to fix it, what I should buy and where to buy it, so I can fix it by myself. After I fix it and I called Stephen again to see if he can come to have another check. He came and checked what I've done, and make sure it's good. All this wonderful help is free, Glad you came. Thanks again for you great help and excellent suggestion.
