I had Chris come to quote project, he was not the cheapest but I wanted a commitment on the start and finish date. The job was done with very little disturbance to the family. The job was on time and finished as promised. The other companies were quoting less money but they were giving 10 week start dates and no complete date.

After receiving 4 quotes to repair a cracked foundation, I decided to go with City Wide . (family owned and run). On requesting a reference, I spoke with a customer in my neighbourhood who was very satisfied and complimentary to the employees and work done. Prior to my work being started, I needed some unexpected water removal to be done in my backyard. Lynn and Chris immediately took care of me and sent staff with a draining pump in less than an hour. From my first phone call to Lynn (mother /Secretary), the meeting with Chris (son/Manager) for the estimate, and to the completion of the job to the present state, I am very impressed and pleased. All of my concerns and many questions have been answered efficiently by Lynn, Chris, and the working team members, who have been pleasant and courteous at all times. I have trust, respect, and gratitude for this Company who has helped me deal with some stressful situations, and would highly recommend them. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation and thanks to the entire City Wide Inc. team, for a job well done, and to a family owned business that shows it is run with PRIDE! You all deserve it! I had Chris come out out do an estimate for my foundation waterproofing and a new water service line. I was impressed with the company and their credentials, and elected to hire them. Vlad and his crew did an excellent job, and the work didn't stop from the second they arrived on site! The pricing was competitive, and the value was exceptional!

The management and work done by the City Wide Group to address the foundation/crack repair on our house was outstanding. They had the best customer service, turnaround time for quoting, and price for the job out of the numerous companies I contacted. I truly felt like it was a company I could trust right from the beginning and was looking out for the best interest of my house and myself. When I needed their help to address an issue, they were there immediately to help. I would highly recommend City Wide Group anytime you need trusted advice or repair on your home.

We hired City Wide right before winter, and have experienced a dry basement thus far. We had a pretty severe leak in our basement before they did the work, and so far so good! I would say City Wide Group has to be the best waterproofing company going. I have used a couple other, so called reputable companies in the past to work on another property of mine, and the quality of not only workmanship, but the level of professionalism does not compare. I found City Wide Group through a referal from a co-worker, and they were also satisfied. They provided me a lifetime warranty with the work, and I feel comfortable putting my trust in this company, in the event I were to have any warranty related issues in the future. I strongly recommend city wide group to people looking for a waterproofing company.

We had moisture leeking into a part of our basement. Chris came by and gave a estimate, and although we ran into some new challanges once the project was started, I trusted Chris as he provided advice on the best way to handle the issues. His workers did a good job and returned promptly when we asked them to complete once additional task before finishing the job. Chris and his staff were easy to deal with and I would recomend them

We had waited 10 months for our regular guy to come-he didnt so we looked up Homestars and called City Wide.The pres- Harry Cavan came immediately, checked it out and gave us a price which was more than the prev guys said(but didnt come). We said yes and he had his guys there in 2 days and it took them 3 1/2 days- beautiful job. Those 2 guys were amazing- little guys- so strong and hardworking- dug it all out by hand. Made a new window well out of 4x4 treated wood.Parging & 2 membranes plus weeping tile etc. Good job. We are satisfied.

We recently had the City Wide Group do emergency work to repair an exterior drain that was not functioning (including installing a sump pump) and caused water seepage and flooding in our basement. They also waterproofed our basement. Harry Cavan and his team are first class professionals. They responded promptly, did an excellent job and they know exactly what they are doing. City Wide are simply the BEST. Do NOT waste your time talking to other companies. Save yourself the time and money. Go with City Wide Group.
