We had one wall along the driveway that was leaking. We chose to go with City Wide Group because of their reputation. They removed our old asphalt driveway, waterproofed the wall as per their estimate, and relayed the asphaly. My wife and I would never suspect that there was such a large excavation done. Very clean and professional. I wish all contractors operated like these guys!

I have recently hired City Wide to provide waterprofing service to my North York home. My decision to hire Harry and his crew is based on a comprehensive review of reputable waterproofing companies and ratings from consumer agencies such as Consumers Choice Award and Homestars. After a thorough examination of the completed work, I understand why City Wide was the receipient of Consumers Choice Award year after year. The job was really well done with attention to details. For example, the area was carefully regraded to ensure proper drainage, shrubs were trimmed and replanted, gates were reinstalled and carefully realigned to ensure proper operations, and the entire area was thoroughly cleaned up with no debris left behind. Harry and his crew have also installed additional waterproofing coverage to ensure the leakage problem is adequately addressed and installed a new window well to safegauard against water leakage through the window. All these additional jobs were done without extra cost to the customer. Their desire to do the job properly and doing it right the first time demonstrate that they truly have the customers' best interest in mind. Thanks Harry.

City Wide completed an extensive waterproofing project on my house. The team worked tirelessly for 9 days, arriving everyday att 7:30 am and working til after 5pm. There was a lot of landscaping/interlock which had to be removed and replaced which was done to perfection. The work team also did a coulple of repairs which were not in the contract. They went over and above the call of duty to make sure that everything was satisfactory. Well done! and Thankyou..

Just wish to give my experience with City Wide Group Inc. Dealing with Chris was very positive and professional. The cost of the project was reasonable given the quotes from other highly recommended companies. The work by Joseph and his crew was excellent. The crew was always polite and did a fanatastic job. The job was done within the time and the job site was left very clean. We highly recommend dealing with Chris and City Wide Group Inc.

City Wide Group exceeds expectations on all fronts. Professional from the moment you call to the moment they complete the job. Pricing rationale is well explained, a thorough and accurate quotation is provided and a hard working, responsible crew executes the job. In and out on time and right on quote. The worksite looked cleaner when they left then when they arrived. Will have no hesitation whatsoever in having City Wide Group do more work on our home when needed.

Yesterday City Wide Group completed work to waterproof the basement of our 80 year old home. From our first contact with Harry, to the work crew being onsite, through to seeing the final product - we have been impressed. Harry responded quickly to our request for an onsite assessment and quote, spoke to us in plain language, helped us made an informed decision and made sure the work was done right and within the agreed upon timeframe. For anyone reading this review - know that I have never taken the time to actually provide public feedback in this manner. Our experience with City Wide was exceptional - it truly met our high expectations.

On September 9, 2011 we completed our waterproofing project. We would highly recommend this company. They listened to our concerns, they worked quickly and efficiently and they were respectful towards us and our property. We felt that they did a super job and so we are providing this feedback. Chris, along with Jacob and his crew made this a positive experience for us and we have no reservation in highly recommending this company.

We had Harry and his crew do some water proofing on our basement and a bunch of interlocking outside. Great quality work and customer service. Hope we don't need them again, but would not hesitate to use them if we did.

I had another company working in our basement to fix the leaks,they were injecting a solution into the leaks saying this would stop leaking and I did not have to have the basement dug out from around our home. The injection did not work as they said. In the end I called City Wide Group and Im so thankful I did The men working were so kind and professional, as was the owner Harry Cavan, We are so happy with the work done, I would recommend them 100 percent.
