All previous feedback was homestars was right on!! Chris and his crew did a fantastic job. I am very pleased with the quality of work and clean-up performed by his crew. These guys will leave your place cleaner than when they get there. I I had 130 year old home foundation waterproofed. While we ran into some unexpected work, Chris worked with me to make sure that my concerns were all addressed. His crew even did additional work that was not in scope (filled a trench that I previously dug) It is very important to let Chris know right away when you have any concerns as he will do fantastic job managing your expectations.

Over the last couple of months we have discovered foundation leaks in two different areas of our house which is about 50 years old. The first time we picked City Wide Group out of the internet. Harry arrived promptly to give us a quote. His crew arrived when promised and did a very thorough job ... on time and on cost. When they were finished they cleaned up and the site looked like nothing had happened there. Harry waited a week before coming back tho collect his payment ... in case there were any issues. When we discovered a second leak on the other side of the house we called CWG again. Chris (Harry's son) came by to quote ... and we had the same excellent experience all over again. They deliver on time and on cost ... and their crews are friendly, hard working and thorough.

CWG did an excellent job to waterproof our 90+ year old house with a stone foundation. The crew was extremely diligent, friendly, and they cleaned up the site at the end of each day and left it the same as before when the job was done. Harry personally came to the site several times during the project and for the final inspection. Frank, the crew leader, was great at directing his team which worked so efficiently and effectively that I was amazed at how organized and disciplined they were without tripping over each other. Harry was very reachable and answered all of my telephone calls and questions. Our neighbor had a concern about the work being done at our house and Harry quickly came over to meet with them and explain how the job was being performed. Frank and his Polish crew was fantastic and by the end of the project, I was speaking a bit of Polish that I learned from them! THANK-YOU Harry, Frank and his team for protecting our 90 year old foundation which I am certain will last for at least another 90 years!

We have a crack in the foundation wall which leaks whenever there is a heavy rain. My concern with the waterproofing job was that the work on the side of the house meant taking out the interlock pavement and stairs, taing apart my flower bed and putting it back again after work is done. Chris and I discussed the options and set up the date for the work. He estimated the work would be done in three days. The crew actually finished the work in two days, Chris sent out additional crew members to ensure they finish the work as promissed, by Saturday. I specifically asked for this so I can be at home to keep an eye on the site. Jacob, the crew leader explained to me all the steps and called me out to see the progress. I was very happy with the work, profesional, clean and they have done all I asked for. After less than 36 hours, my basement wall was sealed (22 ft long), weeping tile replaced, interlock pavement and flower bed in place, the site was cleaned up and does not even show that we dug the whole thing up 3 ft below the surface. Highly recommend these guys!

Chris at CityWide Group, Inc. was helpful and professional from the first phone call about our basement leak. He answered all questions clearly, quickly returned calls and emails, and was punctual with scheduling. His crews were efficient, quick and very neat, and they dealt well with neighbours. CityWide's quote was in the range of quotes received, and they have proved to be worth every penny. I selected them out of 10 quotes, and highly recommend them. Chris was very good to work with and he clearly knows his job well. Also, we made some changes and adjustments along the way, and Chris was always helpful, informative and accommodating. we we're very satisfied with the job done by citywide group. we definitely recommend citywide to all our friends and colleagues. the price is very satisfactory for the effiency of job they did, the workers were very accomodating to our suggestions. the big bosses were always present on the jobsite and made sure the job was well done. thanks CITYWIDE, you took away our worries, gave us peace of mind for a no more leaking basement...all the time. oh we, definitely will not need your warranty, we know you did the right job the first time!!!!

I purchases a 'newer' house in Ajax approx. 3 months ago. Since we purchased the house, we knew there was a leaking foundation crack that had to be dealt with. We had City Wide come out to give us an estimate before we moved in. We waited a while to have the leak fixed, and just recently had them out to do the repair. I am happy I went with City Wide, as they met, and went beyond my expectations. They were within the range of quotes I received, but felt most comfortable with them.

City Wide Group was hired by my husband and I to waterproof a portion of our foundation. I found the company to be very professional and courteous about caring for our property. Very neat and tidy. Top notch service!
