My basment was leaking and City Wide Group was contacted to fix the leak. They are very professional and very understanding and I am quite please with their workmanship. I will like to recommend them to any one out there who is looking for a contractor to fix their leaking foundation. A very happy and satified client.

City Wide Group was professional from start to finish during this project. We are very happy with the level of service and the work done. The work crews were extremely tidy during the 3 week job and the area was cleaned up and left in very good shape upon completion. I would have no hesitation recommending or using City Wide for any future work we require. 10++

City Wide came in on time and on budget. They are quick to respond to any concerns and extremely upfront and honest. They're price was somewhere in the middle of all the quotes we received, but i'd sooner spend a little bit more and know all will be taken care of. I'm sure the other guys would have surprised me with additional costs. Don't cheap out when it comes to your foundations! The customer service and quality of work was extremely professional. We actually had neighbors thanking us for hiring such a pro crew who respected their properties during the 6 week project. Definitely recommend.

After meeting with City Wide Group and reviewing their quotes, I found them to be very professional and honest. I have since hired them to complete a number of waterproofing jobs on various units. I have been very pleased with City Wide Groups work and will continue to use them.

With opening a new restaurant in an old building, we needed to lower the basement in order to have more capacity and public washrooms. City Wide Group was TOP NOTCH in terms of their expertise, service and explaining throughout the process. Their work is impeccable and they stand by any issues that may occur throughout and after the job is complete. Highly recommend!

City Wide Group Inc. did an exceptional job of our waterproofing project. After having water leak into our basement during heavy rains, we received several estimates and chose City Wide to complete the work based on their thorough approach. The job started in a very timely manner after we received the quote and was also completed sooner than we expected. Having witnessed the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail over the course of the job, we can absolutely testify to the fact that the work was done well and all problems were rectified. Waterproofing the perimeter of a home requires a considerable amount of disruption to the outside landscaping elements close to the house and City Wide group left the work site in impeccable condition throughout the course of the job. In the end, everything was put back together to look the same, if not better, than it had originally. Since completion of the project, we have had record rainfall this Spring but we have not experienced any further issues with water in our basement. We are confident that our water problems have been rectified and City Wide's lifetime fully transferable warranty only adds to our level of confidence. Dealing with Chris and his team was a very pleasant experience from start to finish and they impressed us with their professionalism and expertise. We would not hesitate to recommend their services to any one in need of an expert waterproofing job.

After recent rains, we had a wet corner of our basement. Steve came promptly and was very helpful assessing the problem and explaining what needed to be done. Very professional in his dealings. Once we agreed to use City Wide, Steve and the crew took out the damaged carpets, cut out moldy drywall and cleaned up right away. The next couple of days were spent hand digging around the back and sides of the house down to the weeping tiles and waterproofing from the outside. They went the extra yard to make a french drain 10 feet away from the house to take the downspout well away from the house. The worksite was kept clean at all times. The only issue was they used an old plastic pipe I had to take the water out to the french drain. When I expressed my concerns, Steve and the crew came back and replaced it with a proper 4"PVC pipe. The area was reseeded and grass is starting to grow back. Steve says they will come back to check the worksite in a few months. While making the repairs, we asked Steve to do a little work in the basement removing some cabinets and drywalling. The work was done well and his guys were great about moving some heavy items around the house while they were here. Overall, very good service.

Their work seems competant, but customer service was poor. They were slow providing quotes, they failed to do work they verbally agreed to (not on the contract), and they lost a house key I gave them to use while the work was underway. Considering their quote was higher than most, I feel I got poor service for the money spent. Next time I will likely look elsewhere.

Chris was very professional and honest,his team of four did a great job!very clean very organized.they were done on time even though I asked for an extra 15 feet at the last minute they were up for the task,thanks guys now on to the basement renovations!.......Nicole

We contacted City Wide group based on the Homestars reviews. Chris came to inspect our basement while we had the carpet pulled up and he was honest that our basement showed no reason for waterproofing. We were very impressed by his honesty. It's great to know that people are looking out for other people and helping them save money where they can. Honest, friendly and informative.
