Mr Zenic and his crew were very polite and professional before and after the job. My son's room was 2 degrees colder than the rest of the house and with the added insulation its now the warmest room in the house. Awesome job guys, keep up the good work. I mean which contractor actually shows half hour before the appointment? Lots of referrals to come.

I called Zenic and received a quote over the phone. I required blown-in insulation above the 12'x16' master bedroom (the rest of the roof is flat). When I was ready to have the work done, I called Zenic at noon. His crew had just completed another job nearby. John and Oliver from Zenic arrived 30 minutes later. They were courteous and polite. By 1:30 the job and subsequent clean-up were complete. The room is noticeably warmer.

Zenic showed up on time as promised. he did a great job and cleaned up well. Zenec knows his stuff and stuck to his estimate. I would recommend him to my relatives and friends. zenec is a very pleasant person to deal with. nice to have a contractor that know what he is doing.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother Helena in Etobicoke. On Dec.12/2011 Zenic and one of his crew members came to insulkate my moms attic. they were very courteous and profesional. they did a fantastic job and clean up as well. The price zenic had quoted my mom did not change when he had finished the job. unlike many other companies we have dealt with in the past. I would sincerely recommend Zenic Insultaion to anyone and especially their mothers. We will definitely keep them in mind for future family and friends homes. After leaks developed in our roof I went up to our attic only to discover that the insulation was not only wet but also very old, offering (at best) an R10 level of insulation. After checking out insulation companies listed on Home Stars, I decided to give Zdenek a call. Zdenek responded very quickly and came in with a fair and competitive quote. On the day that the service was scheduled, Zdenek and his team showed up on time (bonus points!) and went to work. Despite the messy nature of the work Zdenek and his team worked quickly and efficiently, scrapping away the old insulation and then bringing our attic up to an R50 rating. After they had completed the project Zdenek and his team did a nice job of cleaning up. If you are looking for a good insulation company give Zdenek a shout!

Our two storey home is about 2000 sq ft (so 1000 sq ft of attic), and we are doing some improvements for the ecoEnergy grants. I called Zdenek and received a quote over the phone, and booked an appointment on the spot. About a week later, Oliver and John showed up on time, and were in and out in under 2 hours. They brought our insulation up to R50 (from R32). John noted that we were low in some areas, so he made sure we hit R50 throughout. They even installed a gasket around the attic hatch. They ran drop cloths in the front door and up the stairs so they didn't mess up the floor, and then when they were done, they cleaned everything up as if they had never been here. Very polite and pleasant to deal with. I'd recommend these guys without hesitation. Great job!

Last winter we had ice damming issues. Looking inside the attic we saw that there was not enough insulation. There was also quite a bit of a differential in the temperature between upstairs and downstairs - warmer in the summer and colder in the winter. So, I decided to add additional insulation in my attic. But who should I call was the question. I called Zenic after getting estimates from four companies (all found on home stars). I was looking for 700 sq. ft of blown-in cellulose insulation, bringing my attic from R-20 to at least R-50. Zenic offered the best rate. Zenic was also very knowledgeable and honest. I am very familiar with this kind of work and everything he mentioned on the phone was consistent with what I thought. Zenic came in on the weekend along with his crew of two others. They went into the attic, blew in the insulation ensuring it adequately covered the entire area. They also weather stripped the hatch. They were very polite and clean and prompt. They came exactly as scheduled - in fact 5 mins earlier than the time they promised which is amazing. How many companies are that prompt? They placed drop cloths in all the areas to not make a mess of my carpet/floors. They took great care to ensure that my walls don't get damaged by the pipes they ran through the house. They allowed me to inspect the work before and after and did not leave until I was satisfied. After the work was done they vacuumed any insulation that had fallen on the ground (very little had actually fallen). As they did the work, they tarped off my bedroom to ensure that no insulation or dust would blow into my home air. I noticed a difference in temperature of my house right away. The furnace doesn't run as much and the temperature throughout the house is more even. The work was done in an hour and I had the rest of the day free. I would highly recommend Zenic to others and was more than impressed by the high quality of the work done and the excellent quality of the team on board.

Zdenek and Oliver came right on time, got set up quickly and did a great job! Took the attic from R25 to R50 in just over an hour. Great clean up, it was like they were never there. Both gentlemen were just that, gentlemen. A pleasure to have them in our home. Would recommend them in a second!

We had originally contracted to have blown insulation added to the attic of our 1 1/2 storey home. When they arrived, we asked about insulation for the walls of our side attics. They said "no problem", gave us a reasonable quote and went off to purchase the additional material needed. The side attics are very tight places with difficult access. Johnny and Oliver were easy-going, professional and efficient. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

I found Zenic in Homestars, and I have to say that I am 110% satisfied with the work that they did. I will not hesitate to contact John for any other work in the future. Thanks again for a fast, clean and reliable work you did.
