Fantastic service! They had a cancellation and came the day after calling - were done upgrading our attic insulation to R50 within 2 hours. On time, friendly, clean, and did a great job! Would definitely recommend.

Called Zenic after reading good reviews on here and booked the work over the phone. They were on time and very polite when they showed up. We went through what was going to be done and they went right to work. The job was straight forward . to add blown insulation to our attic to increase the R value. Once they were done he asked me to inspect the work before I paid the bill. I was totally satisfied and would highly recommend Zenic to anyone who wants quality work done with insulation.

Zenic was the first I contacted on homestars based on reviews. Frankly I was initially turned off when he insisted that he didn't have to see our house in person and instead provided a quote over the phone. So I sought out other companies on homestars and although they offered good service the price was either outrageous or a few hundred over Zenics quote. I settled with Zenic and I concur with many happy reviews. He was punctual, professional and clean. Him and his sons blew cellulose into my attic to R50. The job took about 2 hours. There was a section of my attic that could not be accessed so he was able to cut a hole and fill it. He replaced it with a new roof vent for a small fee. He also added baffles free of charge. It has been a couple months since and immediately felt the difference. We have a room above a garage that has finally become livable. I'm looking forward to keeping warm and cozy this coming winter.

We contacted Zenic after researching various forums for good attic insulation companies. I consider myself quite picky but Zenic is one of those guys you talk to on the phone and immediately get a good feeling about so we didn't feel the need to get competing quotes. I was considering buying the insulation from Lowes and renting the blower but at the price Zenic quotes it's easier to just get his team to come and do it for you. They were right on time on the scheduled day and he works with a team of two other people. They laid down drop sheets and cleaned up very nicely after themselves. They were professional, polite, and got the job done quickly. It's hard to comment on the quality of the job since it's up in the attic but it must have done something since the temperature on my baby monitors shows less fluctuation in the two rooms since getting the stuff put in.

I was in the process of addressing temperature issues with my home. I had squirrels in the attic a few years ago, and this year a couple of bedrooms were quite noticeably colder. An energy audit from 2010 indicated an R value of 32 in my attic. Regrettably, I let that slide and didn't take advantage of rebates. Zenic Insulation was the first company to respond to my calls. I thought they had a reasonable price. Zenic was very flexible with schedule, and even offered to help connect venting for the new bathroom ceiling fans I was putting in. They came on time, were neat (as neat as can be when blowing cellulose), and took me from R32 to R60. Apparantly, I had close to no insulation where the squirrels were hanging out. For the garage ceiling, they made a hole in the drywall and did an investigation. The builder's fiberglass bats were not between studs, they had fallen to the drywall. There was a fair bit of gap between the plywood floor and the actual bats. Zenic blew in cellulose to fill the void, and said the R value should be close to 70 in there now. I'm looking forward to the winter to really feel the difference. The fact that cellulose has rodent deterring properties is a big bonus in my case. I feel very good about finally getting this done, and I am glad I went with Zenic.

Have to re-scheduled the appointment with Mr. Zenic the day before our original appointment and he had no problem with that. On the service day the two sons of Mr. Zenic came right on time, when I was joking with my wife and saying we should be hearing the door bell by now. They did an excellent job, and covered our belongings carefully. Very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Zenic and his son came right on time (early actually), were polite, and very neat. They added blown in insulation to our attic as we asked them to, to increase the R value from 25 to 50. Our energy audit inspector later remarked that Zenic did a great job.

This past winter we had a squirrel living in our attic. After evicting the squirrel we found one bedroom was particularly cold. Knowing the damage a squirrel can do we called Zenic to check the state of our insulation and add additional insulation.We found out that the squirrel had trampled the insulation to 2" around the perimeter of our attic and in the area of the cold bedroom, there was hardly any insulation left. After adding allot of additional insulation the bedroom is no longer cold. The bonus: squirrels don't like the cellulose insulation so we don't expect a repeat of last winter. Zenic was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very clean.

Called these guys and got a quick response. They came on time and got to work right away. I did not have to clean up after them they did a great tidy job and worked fast. I would recommend these guys are friendly and professional.

I made a quote on the phone and 2 worker showed up on time on appointed day. They did a quick check and started to work on my attic. It took them less than an hour to finish the job. They cleaned up the place and not leaving any scratch mark on my wall (ladder mark). I will recommend.
