Our house in Ajax was cold and recently found out that it needs more insulation. Found this company from Homestars. Mr Zenic was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning. He arrived on Dec 15th on time and was very friendly and professional. Set up soon after and in about 1 1/2 hour had attic topped up from about r20 to r50.... the clean up was great too. We can already feel the difference in the house! Cost was reasonable as well. I will definitely recommend Mr. Zenic to anyone needing additional blown in insulation for their homes.. Thank you Mr. Zenic, you and your crew are the best !!

I had Zenic and his employees come over and top up an old townhouse to > R50. It barely had any insulation up top to begin with and it was due to be brought up to today's standards. Zenic and co were very timely, explained everything to be done and cleaned up everything to a point you wouldn't even know they were here. This is the second property I've had Zenic insulate - I would highly recommend his services.

My attic insulation was very poor and on the hand some squirrels damaged it and winter is comming. I found Zenit in the Internet and with regard his excellent score I asked him to fix my problem. He and his colleagues were perfect, high profession in this job, clean and very detail oriented and on time. I am highly satisfied from Zenit job and I will recommend him to all of my friens.

We just had Zenic Insulation come and top off our attic insulation. We had an r10 up there and now we have r50-60! I can already feel the difference in the house! Were going to do it ourselves but his cost was only $200 more then buying everything from depot and renting the machine. When I called Zdenek answered the phone both times, it was very nice speaking directly to the man who does the work, instead of talking to someone else who sits at a desk all day. They were fantastic, 10 minutes early, dropsheets everywhere cleaned the attic of any garbage put it lots of baffles and then when they left even vacuumed everywhere! They were in and out in less than 3 hours! I wish I took a before picture but in the picture with the yellow insulation the bottom of that is where the insulation used to go to, and now its to the top of it throughout the attic! I am glad I read the 84 perfect reviews on homestars! they are 100% true! HIGHLY Recomended!!!! Thank you Zdenek and your 2 great guys! Awesome job.

We hired Zenic to come out and top up the insulation in our attic for us. Me being a bad planner and him being busy we booked October the 12th - which just happened to be Thanksgiving. Zenic and his team showed up on Thanksgiving morning on time, layed down floor coverings, and proceeded to top up the insulation for us. He also recommended a couple small additions to the work to make the attic insulate more effectively. They cleaned up any signs that they were in the house before leaving. I would definitely recommend Zenic.

Zenic Insulation arrived on time and did a very professional job . Covered all carpets and cleaned up when they had finished. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for insulation work.

Zenic & his assistant arrived about 15 mins. early & immediately began the prep work (laying drop sheets on stairs & carpeted floor, encircling the attic access area with plastic sheet etc) for blowing cellulose insulation into the 900 sq.ft. attic of my 17 y/o townhouse. Upper floor was always 10 degrees colder in Winter, hotter in Summer, with exorbitant heating or AC costs. The existing insulation was a scant 4-5 inches, which Zenic topped up to R50 at a reasonable price. They were efficient, meticulous, respectful, & tidied up afterward, including vacuuming the closet floor, hallways, stairs. Clearly takes pride in knowing his job & performing it extremely well. Am looking forward to feeling the difference soon, given impending cold weather. Also good to know that I can contact Zenic for follow-up if there are any problems.
