Zenic insulated two of our properties in Etobicoke in October. Provided a great quote months ago, came on time, worked with our unique situation, finished the job promptly and without any mess. Pleasure to deal with, highly-recommended.

Was happy to do repeat business with Zenic, this time to top up insulation in a roof section without attic access. Once I coordinated timing with a roofing company to create access, the team completed the job very quickly and with quality. Very friendly and professional. Thank you!

I called Mr. Zenic to do an insulation for the attic and he quickly responded with a flexible schedule that fit with my schedule. The appointment was at 8:AM and he and his crew arrive at 8:00 sharp. His team was very professional and clean. I did not have to do any cleaning after the job done. All of his job was done in 1 hour and 5 mins. One more thing is that after he finished his job, I was asking if he know any gutter and eaves trough cleaning guy. He was very kind to offer to do it for me, and when I ask to pay him for that he did not accept any. If you want a contractor that you can trust, he is the one.

We hired Mr. Zenic to remove, disinfect, and replace insulation in our attic after a racoon was found living there. We got several other quotes, and some with exorbitant rates and suggestions of unnecessary work to be done. Mr. Zenic wasted no time in understanding our requirements and was agreeable to all our requests. He gave us a quote and we scheduled a day over the phone. Yes, it was as easy as that! Mr. Zenic and his team arrived at our place promptly at the time we agreed upon, and completed the job efficiently and effectively. Within a few hours our attic was cleaned, sprayed, and re-filled with insulation, without any disruption to our daily routines. What struck us most was his honesty and integrity, and we were relieved and thrilled to have hired him. We heard horror stories about the condition of our attic and the complexity of the job at hand, which we sensed were exaggerated beyond measure to get a higher price. Comparatively, Mr. Zenic’s honesty was refreshing in all his dealings with us! He explained the general condition of the attic as “any other I’ve seen before and certainly much less messier than some”. We have used many contractors for various home improvements projects during the past three years, and hands down, Mr. Zenic is the best contractor we’ve hired to this date! Moreover, Mr. Zenic helped me to trim 6 of my maple trees (growing too tall in my backyard), when I inquired whether he knew of someone who did that kind of work. He refused to accept any payment for it! That is the kind of person he is; respectful, honest, and obliging with a high degree of professionalism. If you want a rare breed of a contractor who waste no time on empty words but spare no actions to over-exceed your expectations, go with him!

We called last night to make an appointment for next week, which was agreed to. Wife asked if they could do in the morning,rather than waiting one week, and it was accepted. They arrived as they said they would after completeing their first job scheduled previously for 6:00am. These people are early risers. Four people showed to do the job and after about 1 hour 15 min. they were finished. We went from two inches, in spots nothing at all, to an R-50 rating of 16 inches thick. Nice !!! I rather look at the comfort level than trying to support myself on the rafters of my attic while attempting to save some money. Zenic's team worked hard for me, I certainly recommend them. Great job all. Covered the stairs with sheets. Absolutely no mess, cleaned afterwards also. Thank you !!!

WOW, WOW, Wow!! From Mr. Zenic's first sentence I knew I was about to be impressed!! Whatever you need, when you need it and at a great price Mr. Zenic is the man. Professional but kind, respectful with an old world care and integrity. As you rarely find now a days Mr. Zenic delivered more than he promised. He left the attic with cleared soffits, baffles and even put weather striping around the attic hatch door. He also backed up the quality work by sending me pics. I'm truly relieved and impressed!! This is a no-nonsense company. I had other companies come in to give me a quote and try to up-sell me on all sorts of nonsense like spray foam insulation for my attic, or wrapping the exhaust pipes from the bathroom fan, and the kitchen fan (both were already wrapped). Zenic wasted no time. He asked me for the square footage of the attic and gave me a price over the phone, which was quite comparable to another quote I had received minus the unnecessary add-ons. Zenic Showed up on time; completed the job; did a great job of cleaning up after it was all done, and stuck with the quoted price. The house has been much warmer too!

I was looking to have my attic insulation topped up before the cold weather comes and after a strong recommendation from an energy efficiency inspector. I contacted several installers that I found online and had to leave messages for all but two companies. Zenic picked up the phone asked me couple of basic questions and quoted be a fair price while the other company gave me an appointment for an in-home inspection and quote - they were honest enough to let me know that their installers won't be able to complete the work for 3/4 weeks because of Christmas vacations. On the other hand, Zenic and his crew juggled schedule and gave me an appointment in 2 days since I was in a hurry. Additionally, they came early and finished the work promptly as they knew we had another engagement later that day. I have to say despite how quickly they finished the job, there was no compromise in the quality of their work - 3 men crew (actually 2 men and a woman) laid down cloth and sealed the attic entrance to minimize the mess and cleaned up the little over flow before leaving. They also made sure I was completely satisfied with the work before they left. It's been a day since the installation and already we can feel the difference. I am impressed with Zenic and his teams professionalism and have already recommended him to a friend!

Our house in Ajax was cold and recently found out that it needs more insulation. Found this company from Homestars. Mr Zenic was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning. He arrived on Dec 15th on time and was very friendly and professional. Set up soon after and in about 1 1/2 hour had attic topped up from about r20 to r50.... the clean up was great too. We can already feel the difference in the house! Cost was reasonable as well. I will definitely recommend Mr. Zenic to anyone needing additional blown in insulation for their homes..
