    Window installation

    I find the people who install our windows are professional. They know what they are doing from the start. All the job they have done are quick and making sure that the place is clean after it is done. It took only 2 hours to install 4 windows. I will recommend to my friends and relatives.

    Windows renovation

    The house smart home improvement team are very responsive and professional throughout the whole process from quotes to installation to the finished product review. We are pleased about the quality of the windows which now help reduce noise and provide better insulation for our house. 10/10 would use again.

    New windows and patio door

    The office staff very pleasant and helpful.. The sales person was professional and knowledgeable. The install team did an awesome job from the time they arrived to the time they left. Very courteous and extremely clean.

    Windows and door replacement

    New furnace

    From our initial interest visit to showroom to completion was less than 3 weeks, the installers did a beautiful job and cleaned up well afterwards. The furnace is smaller and very quiet, we are ready for winter now... Estimate on windows next!

    Replacing 12 windows and a front door

    From start to finish our experience with House smart home improvement was excellent. So professional,so efficient and really great workmanship. We would highly recommend them. We love our new windows and front door. They also gave advice for some other problems in our home that was very helpful. They really know what they are doing!

    Patio Doors

    We recently had 2 patio doors installed and are so pleased with the results. The crew was very professional and the doors are beautiful! We are seniors and live in a strata town house complex so attention to every detail is very important. I love how easy they glide! D. Lennox Richmond BC

    Window Replacent

    I selected House Smart Home improvements to replace the windows in my home after receiving a few quotes from different companies. They were not the cheapest, but by far not the most expensive either. Glenn MIller, their sales representative came out and explained and showed their product to me. He was quite helpful in explaining their process for removal and replacement of the windows and answered questions promptly when I emailed him after our first meeting. A deposit fee was paid and Cory came out to confirm measurements and a date was set up for installation. The crew arrived at the time and on the date that was scheduled and Cory with Steve as leads for the crew did an excellent job of the installation. End clean up was good and Steve went over the windows as we did a walk around. There was a follow up call a few days later from Gianna and an email from Glen just to make sure everything was satisfactory. Overall a very good experience and would recommend House Smart.

    Vinyl Siding Replacement (Small Project)

    You won't be disappointed. Excellent service from Gianna & Grace. Gianna provided information, Greg provided a detailed quote. Chris the vinyl installed did an excellent job. A great job - well done! Patio doors will arrive in the next few weeks and Randy the installer has been out to double check measurements and to make sure that all is in order. Working with House Smart has been a pleasure. They know what they are doing and they do it right. You will not be disappointed.

    New wimdows

    House Smart installed new windows in the front of our house From the Sales Rep to the installers it was all first class Everything went smooth and the installers are very professional and clean up before they leave I would rate them a 10 out of 10
