    Security storm door enclosure.

    The product and installation excellent. Excellent workmanship. The reason I gave it 4 stars because it took nine weeks from the time of approval to the installation date. Tom was really helpful all along. I now understand why it took that long. The installers Joe and his brother were excellent and very detailed even though it was a very cold day. They worked non stop. I'm very pleased with my exterior security door, looks very rich and improved the appearance of the house. I recommend Metalex Security anytime.

    Security screen doors for the three entrances to the house.

    The doors are custom made, excellent quality and very attractive. The added security they give us is well worth the cost without compromising the benefits of screen doors. The service was excellent throughout .

    security doors

    I appreciated Metalex's quick response to my comment. They took care of the matter right of way. Now that my front entrance doors look and feel as 'completed', I am a happy customer. I would like to think my experience is one of the very few cases that fell through the cracks in Metalex's long good record, and that they do valued their customer's satisfaction highly. ********************************************************************** I have a security front enclosure and back security gate installed late last year. The installation didn't go smoothly. First, the factory got the door measurement wrong, then parts were missing, one thing after another. However, Metalex staffs were wonderful in trying to solve the problems. It took them four trips to finish 98% of the project. I feel bad for them and agreed to pay the full payment, and Metalex agreed to come back to finish the remaining 2% of work on the front entrance. It has been six months now, they didn't show up, didn't return my emails, when I called them, they said it is not their department to schedule the works (whereas before they would yell across and get things done). The doors are very nice, but don't pay up unless the work is totally done!!!!

    Security Gate, Screen door and Window bars

    We contacted Tom to secure our house. He came on time, talked us through the process and never did we feel he was pushing us into something we did not need. The work was completed on time and done right. We love the new doors and screens. Thanks

    Security Screen Doors for Patio

    Tom runs a great company. He is experienced and provides great products/service and honest advice. Metalex installed Safe T Screen security screen doors to secure our patio entrance and it looks and functions superbly. The installer used was courteous and did a quick & clean installation. At a distance the patio doors look normal but up close, you can tell it is strong. Thumbs up! This site has many practical GTA-centric home security tips: www.securehouse.ca

    Security Door

    I have had a Metalex security front door for the past eight years. The key got stuck in the lock, so my wife called your company and Tom came out the same day. He returned a few days later with a new cylinder, new closure and new clips. My wife and I are grateful for the prompt service and would highly recommend your company.

    Out of this world in product, service and installation.

    I recently moved from Toronto where I enjoyed a Metalex door for a number of years and was determined to have another installed in my new home. In addition to having a "fancy" Metalex front door, I have purchased 3 Safe-T Screen doors. Living in an isolated rural area, I am secure from both the four-legged critters - they can't get in or do damage to these marvellously made Safe-T screen doors - and from any two legged critters who have mistakenly found my front door. It has been a pleasure to work with the Metalex associates in having my safety needs met. I highly recommend them and their products.

    Security Storm Doors/ Safe T Screen

    A pleasure to deal with this company. Tom was very helpful with recommending what products to choose. Their installers Joe and Mike, were prompt, professional, polite, and thorough. They also did a good job of cleaning up the work site before they left. I highly recommend this company.

Joe and Mike came to install everything. They were courteous, efficient, skilled and tidy. All the doors look fabulous and I feel so safe. I wish I had contacted you sooner.     Home security

    What a find ! I can't say enough about this Company. They showed up when they said they would, the work was performed efficiently and quickly and without issue. They left the site spotless. My wife and I would highly recommend this company.
