    Security doors

    Hi Tom, Thank you for a job well done, the doors look great and the two young men that worked at our home were very good guys. I just wanted to let you know that your staff are very good representatives of your company...We are completely satisfied with the work done.

    Metalex Security Doors & Window Bars

    For additional residential home security, Metalex is the gold standard. I had initially contemplated a home security system, however after some additional research, I arrived at the conculsion that for "peace of mind" security for my home, Metalex was the best choice to protect my home and family. Tom came out a few weeks ago, and took the time to look over the home and focused on what we were looking for to meet our security needs and keeping within our budget After an initial discussion, Tom helped assist us in the various products that would meet our needs. Mike and Joe the installation engineer's arrived promptly on the day of the installation, took the time to answer our question's and left the house spotless. Furthermore, they indicated that if we should have any further question's or possible problem's they would gladly come back to sort this out. The security door's when finally installed with the glass or screen-insert, is a very polished product, which definately enhances the appearance of the home. An excellent job end to end and a very professional staff.

    Metal Security Doors and Interior Grillword Security

    After 10+ years, our Metalex security doors and metal interior security grillwork still looks great! So many times you read reviews about something, and wonder how well it will do in the long run, especially when it is a longer-term security product (OK, at least I do). Well, this review is for you. Metalex did an excellent job installing our doors, etc. Even better, the products still look wonderful! We would highly recommend Metalex to anyone who is looking to install security products that look good, add to the curb appeal of their home, and are also durable. The installers (Stewart and Joe, I believe) were careful, courteous, and thorough, and did a really good job. On top of that, we had excellent support during the quotation phase, as well as very good after-sales support from Tom. Our thanks to Metalex - we still enjoy your products every day, and I feel much safer in our home as a result of having them installed.

    Exterior Doors-Interior Bars Windows

    I found my experience with Metalex to be a pleasant one. The installers were friendly, yet professional. Their products have given my family and I an added level of security in our home.

    Window Grillwork

    Metalex products are of the highest quality but even better are the people. Tom provided great advice even when it did not favour his company. His suggestions of alternatives to solve some very difficult security issues were extremely helpful. David, the inside man, made sure the product was of the highest quality and installed on time. Their products not only solved on security issues but added to the beauty of our home

    Excellent products & service

    Work was performed on time and was of a very high quality. The products (two security doors) are of exceptionally high quality, and I would not hesitate to use Metalex again. I recommend this company.

    Installation of security doors

    We had our security screen doors installed yesterday in our new home and they are beautiful and the added security they provide is priceless. We had the doors installed in our last home in Toronto and they added to the resale value of our home. As usual, everyone at the Metalex team provided excellent service. We are especially grateful for Tom and the installers, Joe and Jason making the trek to Wasaga Beach!! Joe and Jason did a great job, were professional, so respectful of our home and left it spotless. Thank you so much to everyone - we slept with our inside doors open last night to let the beautiful breeze off the Georgian Bay keep us cool!!

    Security Screen/Storm Door

    We first saw Metalex Storm Doors at the Home and Garden Show in Toronto and loved them at first sight! Not only are they attractive doors, they provide security as well, enhancing the appearance of our house. Joe did a fantastic job on installation and cleanup. We would definately recommend this company!

    Security Screen Doors

    We have just had 2 Security Screen Doors installed by Metalex and we could not be more happy with the results. The product surpasses our expectations. The installers, Joe and Jason did an excellent job, took great care and totally cleaned up after themselves. Our sales rep Jeffery also went the extra distance by providing us with extra keys for our doors. Very Satisfied with the price, installation and sales support

    Storm door

    I would like to verbalize our appreciation to the Metalex team. It was great experience from the very first time we met with Tom and David at Home Show a few years ago. They provided us with all information and made a great impression. When we decided to order a door, service was great. David has opened a store for us on Sunday and help us to choose the best design . Door was delivered on time and installed very quickly by 2 young and very professional gentlemen.
