    Additional Security Bars

    Metalex previously installed bars totally foiled an attempted break -in a couple of weeks ago even though the ground-floor window had been jimmied wide open. I was so pleased that the security measures surpassed what was initially expected of them that I have engaged Metalex to provide me with additional security measures so as to further protect my family and property. The company management is totally customer focused, prompt to provide quotes and very knowledgeable when it comes to providing recommendations. The subsequent installation process is clean, efficient and such a pleasant experience. I would have NO HESITATION whatsoever in providing Metalex with a top-notch recommendation; simply ask for David or Tom.

    Security side door

    We had a door installed today by metalex to increase our security. It wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for. That's besides the point. The whole process was smooth & easy to follow. The installer was very friendly and cleaned up after he was done. Thanks Metalex!

    Security doors and windows

    I have been dealing with Metalex for several years and have always been very happy with their prompt, friendly service and how they stand behind their products. Last week my back security door which I bought from them several years ago would not unlock. It was the weekend and Metalex was closed but I found the number of Joe the door installer on the Metalex invoice and gave him a call. It was his day off but he came over, fixed the lock and even oiled my other security door. This level of service is consistent with my experience with this company over the years.

    interior security bars on ground floor

    An increased number of house entries in our area caused us to contact Metalex to arrange for interior window bars to prevent an entry. The narrow bars line up with white tape installed within the windows making the bars unobstrusive yet very effective. They were securely installed by Metalex within the promised delivery window. Sure enough, after they were installed, someone tried to break into our home by smashing a back window but got no further than the bars. They worked. Since they are installed inside the window, they don't rust and need repainting. Robert S.

    Security Screen Door

    Got our new security screen door put it. Product was just as described. David is wonderful. Always courteous. Though the installer had a part outstanding (a part to prevent the door from swinging too far), he promised to return soon. Will follow up on that. Other that the above, the process was smooth and just what one would want. We are truly happy with Metalex.

    Security screen doors

    We just got our new security screen doors put in and they are beautiful. The installation person did a great job - took so much care with our house, went over all the details abour our doors with us and left our house spotless when he was done. We are more than happy with the results!

    Metal security door

    After a couple of break-ins in the vicinity, we decided it was time to secure our house more effectively. Some research and a visit to the Toronto Home Show brought us to Tom and Dave at Metalex. We were impressed by the quality and attractiveness of the product and by the high level of customer service. Our door was installed today in a professional, courteous manner.

    Security Screen Door

    The service I received from this company was wonderful. The guy who installed it was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything to me that he was doing. He knew exactly what he was doing. He cleaned up everything afterwards and did a fantastic jobs. My neighbours have been asking me about the door and it is admired by all.

    Security Storm/Screen Door Installation

    I entered a draw at Metalex Products booth at the Markham Home Show last fall, and was fortunate enough to win the prize, an ornamental screen door. The door was installed last week by Clint and Mike, two Metalex installers, and I am very pleased with the door and the installation. I particularly like the security feature of a deadbolt lock on the door, and a number of my friends are also impressed with the door.

    Security Storm Door

    My husband and I were convinced this is the right company to deal with after having a feel of the product quality first hand at the showroom and getting all the answers we needed from David and Tom. Two young gentlemen, Clint and Mike, were expert installers, courteous, fast, clean and left us with a sense of a job well done. The new door certainly clinched a charming new look to the home, complementing existing windows and brickwork. Product quality, professional sales, and expert installation - a 10 for Metalex and the people behind it.
