They were suppose to clean my fireplace and I had to hire a new company to do a proper cleaning. They left dust and cobwebs throughout the fireplace and control panel. They never inspected/cleaned the vents and it turned out the vent outside was 80% full of debris (the new company i hired found that). That was a big health risk for my family that was missed. My fireplace has not been working for a couple of years. I am very happy that I found Barbeque Pro to fix the problem. Akin came on time and did an excellent job cleaning my fireplace. They came and did a great job cleaning and were very friendly but realized in cleaning that it was unsafe for use bc of rusting deterioration in the bottom bucket, so they actually didn't charge for the job. I respected that they were so professional and clear in explaining what the problem was and gave me recommendations moving forward.Answer from pro:
