My fireplace has not been working for a couple of years. I am very happy that I found Barbeque Pro to fix the problem. Akin came on time and did an excellent job cleaning my fireplace. They came and did a great job cleaning and were very friendly but realized in cleaning that it was unsafe for use bc of rusting deterioration in the bottom bucket, so they actually didn't charge for the job. I respected that they were so professional and clear in explaining what the problem was and gave me recommendations moving forward.Answer from pro:

From booking to service, everything was quick and easy. They send out a time window as to when the tech is arriving. Tech arrived a tad bit late but that's fine. Toronto traffic is well known. Tech did an exceptional job cleaning everything. My whole bbq grill looks brand spanking new now.Answer from pro:
