After BOTH my neighbours used BBQ Pro for cleaning their grills...I tried that out too. Samuel and an associate worked as a team...and were very focused and very friendly, polite. They even helped me lift my bruiser of a BBQ back up stairs onto my freshly stained BBQ floor area. In their sock feet, placing it perfectly. High praise for them both! Thorough job.

They were suppose to clean my fireplace and I had to hire a new company to do a proper cleaning. They left dust and cobwebs throughout the fireplace and control panel. They never inspected/cleaned the vents and it turned out the vent outside was 80% full of debris (the new company i hired found that). That was a big health risk for my family that was missed. The tech was a nice and pleasant guy but just didn't do a proper cleaning.
