    Customer care

    After a service, my BBQ was not working as expected. BBQ Pros listened to my concern, visited again and fixed the issue. In particular, Dejune and Krystian’s service was thorough amd professional. In short, they didn’t leave me hanging. They followed through to the end to make sure I was satisfied. I recommend the service.

    Bbq cleaning

    WOW!!! What a great job, my bbq looks better now than when I bought it. Barbeque pro did a great job with my grill and I want to thank Pedro for his great work. I would highly recommend them.

    Skilled, efficient and trustworthy.

    I can't say enough good things about the Barbecue Pro team. Charles came in to help us with a fireplace vent problem that three other reputable companies had failed to fix; and he was just the right person. His friendly and honest demeanour, combined with his knowledge, professionalism and expertise was exactly what we needed. Charles and his team investigated the problem, offered a suitable solution and implemented it effectively. I would love to work with the Barbecue Pro team again, but we will likely not see them again due to their outstanding job. Thank you Charles!

    customer service gets the chef's kiss

    I can't recommend these guys enough for their PROMPT and CHEERFUL response with a problem that came up post-cleaning. They came back to address it a day after I emailed, and the result was an even cleaner barbecue.

    SPARKLING CLEAN

    it started off as a birthday gift for my husband. we were having a birthday party for him and having a chef in to cater the event. i couldn't have him do that on a greasy dirty bbq. everyone was amazed at how it looked like it just came out of the box. it just blossomed from there my husband loves using the bbq year round but not so much into the upkeep. these outdoor appliances are quite expensive and yet most of us don't look after them like our indoor counterparts. so we book barbeque pro to come out every fall to do what they do best and have been doing it for several years now and every year to come!!!

    Professional client service and work

    Multiple family members and friends have used this company for a variety of services (mostly bbq cleanings) over years and have never had an issue- they keep getting better and we have no hesitation to recommend. Thanks Barbecue Pro team! Keep being amazing

    Buddy, I am sorry. I had no idea how badly I have treated you these past 8 years till I saw the results of your extreme makeover. Ummm...no hard feelings? You look marvellous. Thank you Yoni ( restorer) and Mike ( parts service) for a superb, courteous, and professional execution from start to finish. finish.     BBQ cleaning service

    Used BBQ Pro for a cleaning. Pedro was super friendly, arrived on time, and left no mess behind. I forgot to take before picture so if you guys have any you could send me I’d appreciate it! My BBQ looks new and feels new again thanks to Pedro! Easy to book and perfect work!

    BBQ Cleaning

    Wow! I’m absolutely amazed! My BBQ looks stellar and performs like new. No more flare ups or carcinogenic smoke in my food. I feel confident feeding my family off my grill again. The cleaner was friendly, on time, he took great care to make sure the area was tidy and my gardens weren’t harmed. I’ve used other company’s over the years and had many bad experiences. No one compares to Barbeque Pro Inc. I’ll trust my grill with them any day. See you next year!
