    customer service gets the chef's kiss

    I can't recommend these guys enough for their PROMPT and CHEERFUL response with a problem that came up post-cleaning. They came back to address it a day after I emailed, and the result was an even cleaner barbecue.

    SPARKLING CLEAN

    it started off as a birthday gift for my husband. we were having a birthday party for him and having a chef in to cater the event. i couldn't have him do that on a greasy dirty bbq. everyone was amazed at how it looked like it just came out of the box. it just blossomed from there my husband loves using the bbq year round but not so much into the upkeep. these outdoor appliances are quite expensive and yet most of us don't look after them like our indoor counterparts. so we book barbeque pro to come out every fall to do what they do best and have been doing it for several years now and every year to come!!!

    Professional client service and work

    Multiple family members and friends have used this company for a variety of services (mostly bbq cleanings) over years and have never had an issue- they keep getting better and we have no hesitation to recommend. Thanks Barbecue Pro team! Keep being amazing

    Buddy, I am sorry. I had no idea how badly I have treated you these past 8 years till I saw the results of your extreme makeover. Ummm...no hard feelings? You look marvellous. Thank you Yoni ( restorer) and Mike ( parts service) for a superb, courteous, and professional execution from start to finish. finish.     BBQ cleaning service

    Used BBQ Pro for a cleaning. Pedro was super friendly, arrived on time, and left no mess behind. I forgot to take before picture so if you guys have any you could send me I’d appreciate it! My BBQ looks new and feels new again thanks to Pedro! Easy to book and perfect work!

    BBQ Cleaning

    Wow! I’m absolutely amazed! My BBQ looks stellar and performs like new. No more flare ups or carcinogenic smoke in my food. I feel confident feeding my family off my grill again. The cleaner was friendly, on time, he took great care to make sure the area was tidy and my gardens weren’t harmed. I’ve used other company’s over the years and had many bad experiences. No one compares to Barbeque Pro Inc. I’ll trust my grill with them any day. See you next year!

    bbq cleaning and service

    The BBQ Pros were just that! - Pros!! Excellent job, my 10 year old bbq looks and works like new!! They emailed me updates regarding my appointment, they were very neat and efficient. I highly reccomend them

    Napolean BBQ Full Cleaning & Cedar Plank Cleaners

    Overall I’m happy with the BBQ cleaning (May 9, 2019) and would use them again. There was an issue with this 2019 cleaning and after calling them, they came back out to fix and provided a $50 credit towards my 2020 BBQ cleaning, if I chose to use them again, which I did. They only offer full & complete detailed cleaning. Our BBQ isn’t used that much each year so I was hoping for a more basic or partial cleaning option that was a bit less expensive but that isn’t offered. I also purchased 2 cedar plank BBQ cleaners since the traditional wire brushes used to clean BBQ's have been getting a lot of negative press in the last several years relating to the metal bristles coming off and people swallowing them and getting injured or worse.

    non functioning barbeque

    On an initial visit ,for which I prepaid $200,the barbeque was disassembled,cleaned meticulously and at the end of the inspection,I was told that it was non functional,and required replacement parts.I agreed and 10 days later,the parts were replaced and the barbeque was working perfectly.I was charged an additional $300.00.I should have been credited $100-$150 for the first visit and was happy to pay for the second visit when the barbeque was repaired and then it should have been cleaned.I was given a $20 rebate for the first visit. I feel that this was not fair treatment.The owner called me 3 days later and gave me $150 refund. He was away and on his return stated that there was an error in billing.Fair is fair and I very much appreciate the owner's intervention. I conclude they are honourable business people admitting they had made an error. I shall use their services in the future. Anyone can make an error and they rectified it.
