    Gas fireplace check up and cleaning

    The service person from Barbeque Pro did a great job on our two gas fireplaces. He cleaned and inspected them for safety and explained how to light our tricky pilot light! Will definitely use them again for our fireplaces. They've also cleaned out gas Barbeque in the past and got it looking brand new.

    Barbaque cleaning

    I couldn't be happier with the job Barbeque Pro did with my grill. I couldn't get my BBQ started and I couldn't even hear the gas getting to the burners. Pedro showed up and did his magic. By the time he was finished scrapping and cleaning I had what looked like a brand new BBQ. Great job, and I would highly recommend them.

    Gas fireplace and BBQ cleaning

    After seeing Pat Foran's article in CTV news I decided to contact BBQ Pro to clean our gas BBQ, and then a few months later to clean 2 gas fireplaces. Neither had been cleaned in many years. Their employees showed up on time, behaved very professionally, and maintained a spotlessly clean work location. The end result was a pristinely clean BBQ - like new - and 2 spotless fireplaces. I would highly recommend them.

    Weber BBQ better than new

    Our Weber BBQ gleamed after they cleaned it! Literally. As well the ignition starter that had never worked on our BBQ from new, was now working. Amazing. There was no sign of where all the grunge had gone as our patio was spotless. These guys are great - we'll definitely have them back!

    Crown Verity MCB-48 Side Burner Install Project

    THIS IS THE BEST BBQ SERVICE IN THE CITY OF TORONTO !!!!!!!! I OWN A $6000 BBQ - THEY DIDN'T HOSE ME - LIKE SO MANY OTHERS WOULD - THEY INSTALLED A $600 Natural Gas side burner for $60 plus tax - no travel cost - UNREAL - prompt attendance + professional employees + safe service (installed properly and checked all valves) = 100 % commitment from me. I have no reason to give this company anything but great reviews. CALL THEM BEFORE THEY RAISE THEIR RATES (AS THEY SHOULD ).

    Service- cleaning & repairing BBQ

    I have a very good BBQ & decided to try having it cleaned & repaired instead of buying a cheap new one. I was extremely pleased with the work; the technician was wonderful. I called them & left a voicemail telling them how pleased I was. Within two hours they returned my call saying they appreciated my call !! How often does this ever happen ??? Great Customer Service !

    BBQ cleaning

    These guys are awesome. Many years ago I almost balked at the price but I'm so glad I didn't. I've used them almost every year since and they are worth every penny. My 10 year old Weber still functions like new (ignition even still works!) and most of the reason is because of these guys. They have been great help with the few replacement parts I've needed as well. I haven't used anyone else so can't make a great comparison. However BBQ Pro has been such good value, I've never felt the need to look around.

    BBQ Cleaning

    I'm one who uses my grill almost everyday. Combined with the grease and smoker box dirt, it gets dirty. I do a monthly cleaning, but on my 5-year old grill I thought it time for a professional cleaning. Barbeque Pro did an incredible job on all areas that are not painted. The interior is literally like new to the point where the grill is actually burning hotter because the interior reflection of heat off the sparkling stainless steel is so great! I was very impressed with their customer service along with the pick-up and drop-off service they do during the winter months. I will no doubt use Barbeque Pro on an annual basis to keep my grill as close to new as possible.

    Cleaning & fixing my Weber BBQ

    BBQ Pro was unbelievable!!! I contacted them via email and then they called me immediately to make sure they understood my issue. My BBQ needed a DEEP clean and tons of parts. They cleaned it to look like new and walked me thru the process of ordering the required parts from Weber ... FOR FREE. They even installed the parts for me at no extra cost. These guys go above and beyond! THANK YOU Charles and team!!!

    BBQ Cleaning

    The owner of this business was very considerate and accommodating. I had several concerns since I invested a large sum of money into my units. Charles was professional, transparent and willing to deliver on excellent customer service. As a small business owner I value a companies dedication to ensuring they are on top of the competition. I would like to end by stating that I called several companies before making my decision and this company simply trumped the others.
