    Broken Garage Door Spring / Opener

    We had an issue with the garage door spring & opener. I called Markham Garage Door at 10 AM and had the technican by 11:30 AM. The opener, spring and bolts were replaced in an hour. We are very pleased with their quote, efficiency and service.

    Jammed Garage Door

    Our garage door was jammed-- cables snapped and the door was stuck. Called them in the evening. Received call back early the next morning and Ryan came and fixed the garage door in a couple of hours. Excellent service and highly recommended!

    Great service

    Professional, punctual service all the way through from initial email correspondence to customer service via phone to the technician who arrived to repair our garage door. Highly recommend the experience!

    Broken cable fixed quickly

    Ryan did an awesome job, efficiently and professionally. Door was fixed within 24 hours, even with all the Covid-19 restrictions. They even left without getting paid and emailed me the invoice later.

    Great Job fixing garage door frame

    We damaged the aluminum capping in our garage door frame when backing out of the garage. I called Markham Garage doors to fix (since we had also used them for installing our garage door a few years back). As expected they showed up on time and did a great job replacing the capping - it looks as good as new again!

    Garage Opener Installation

    Very helpful and knowledgable employees. Receptionist who picked up the phone was nice and answered some brief questions. Chris was the person I spoke to recommended and gave quick quotes about his products and suggestions. Ryan who was the installer was very kind, and didn’t force his way to install the garage opener with my car there with a dead battery. He waited for me to boost my car and move it out of the way for his installation, didn’t rush me at all. Convenient and Quick transaction. Great setup on payment method, just by email and pay there, didn’t have to have cash ready. Overall very satisfied with the service. Will find them again from now for any upgrades or maybe for another house.

    Cable Replaced

    Called in at 10 a.m and service man came in the afternoon. Replaced broken cable and two others that were about to go. Checked over everything. They were great. Glad they were able to come so quickly. Would use them again. Thanks

    Garage Door

    We had a broken spring that wouldn't allow the garage door to open. They provided excellent and prompt service during this difficult time with great ease (during COVID-19, while ensuring the health and safety of everyone involved). Extremely helpful staff and service tech! Thank you!! Highly recommend them to anyone.

    Belt on garage door that had jumped the track

    This was not only a quick service despite the environment we are in at the moment, but the gentleman that came out was friendly and did a great job fixing what needed to be done on our garage door. Thank you for doing what you are doing despite COVID 19

    Garage door repair. Broken spring

    Here very quickly, two guys, knew exactly what to do. Done very quickly and effectively. They triple checked everything worked correctly. The men adjusted the bottom of the door so no mice could enter and put the light covers back on the unit. Well done
