    Garage door spring repair

    The company was very professional from the initial call made for their service till the work was performed to our satisfaction. They even checked over the second door. The work completed the next day as scheduled.

    Garage Door Service

    Very pleased with the prompt efficient service to replace two corroded garage door cables. Ryan took the time to explain the repair, answer my questions about spring tension and made sure all doors were lubricated and in good working order.

    Garage door service

    My garage door was opening half way, called Markham garage doors. Ernie came & carefully checked & found out compressor was gone, removed cleaned the area & replaced with a new one checked for working, He also serviced where needed & also lubricated. Job well done. I am always happy with Markham garage doors. I would recommend to anyone for garage door service. Ernie is a pleasant person

    Replaced Broken Spring

    I am blown away by how smooth and efficient everything was. Garage door broke on Sunday. I filled out a service request and got a call first thing Monday Morning. Technician (Ryan) showed up during time slot. Within 20 mins, he fixed a broken spring, adjusted my garage door opener and lubed up required parts. Highly recommend them. I"m going to use them again to replace both garage doors within a year or so.

    Replace broken opener

    My garage door opener broke in mid-January. Since it was 27 years old it seemed that a replacement was appropriate and I also decided that it might be a good time to replace my solid door with a sectional. I called a well-advertised and highly rated on HomeStars garage door company and they gave me a rough estimate over the phone. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, but they didn’t show and didn’t call! Markham Garage Door is a company in my neighbourhood, so I went by their office and talked to Louis about my garage door opener problem and mentioned my unsatisfactory experience with the other company. Louis recommended an opener and showed me a few different doors. He dropped by my house that afternoon, took some measurements and quoted me a price. It was a couple of hundred dollars less than the other company’s over the phone estimate, so I agreed to have Markham Garage Door do the job. Two weeks later Ryan came by and installed my new door and opener. It took Ryan about 3½ hours to complete the work. He explained the door and the opener to me and ensured that I understood how they worked. He did a fine installation job and I was very happy that the new door and trim even make the house look better. I would highly recommend Markham Garage Door to anyone needing a garage door or opener.

    Great Service on a Cold Day

    Needed to simply replace the seal on the bottom of the garage door at a rental property. Ernie phoned in the morning and when he found out I was waiting for him, he came over quickly. Not only did he do the job but also did a quick door lubrication... Job was done start to finish in less than 30 min. Normally a DIY job but for this price and in this weather, it was worth it to have the pros do it.

    Garage door opener

    Ryan's workmanship was excellent and he explained everything he did very well. The company came recommended from two other sources and their experience in this business is clearly evident. I would recommend them to anyone needing garage door servicing.

    Replaced garage door hinges

    A few of our garage door hinges snapped unexpectedly over the weekend and put our garage door out of service. I had concerns that the garage door panels had warped and would need to be replaced. Fortunately, Chris answered my call and said he would send someone over to try to repair the hinges and we could determine at a later date if we felt the door needed to be replaced. Louis gave me a follow up call shortly after to let me know that he was sending Ryan over. Ryan arrived on time and was able to replace all the broken hinges and helped lubricate all the other moving parts. We are very happy to have found them and would definitely not hesitate to call them again for any future garage door issues. Thank you again for your quick service!

    Amazingly fast service

    My garage door suddenly would not open. We use the door as our main entrance. I called at 5pm when I realized it was broken. They answered the phone although minutes away from closing and were here first thing in the morning to fix the issue. Incredible service and the service guy was super polite and friendly.
