We needed to replace both our garage doors and began looking at reviews online. Markham garage doors had great reviews and for good reason. We first went to their showroom in Markham and met with Louis who provided us with some options. Louis then came to our home, took some measurements and answered any questions we had. Last week Ryan came to install the doors. Ryan was very professional, courteous and friendly. He did an outstanding job during the installation and took some extra time to make sure everything was in working order and to our satisfaction. All in all it was a great experience. We will definitely refer Markham Garage Doors to our friends and family and will call them for any future work to be done.

We had a defective garage door opener and the manufacturer sent these guys out to replace it. I'm so happy they did because the gentleman that came out was awesome! He was on time (a little early in fact!), super polite, friendly, informative, and meticulous. He removed all garbage and even gave me a demo before he left. Don't hesitate to use this company. It was top notch!

I called Markham garage doors to replace a couple of snapped garage door cables. John showed up on time as promised. He did a fine job and my door is as good as new. Thank you John.

Markham Garage Doors was the first company I called, and the one that I hired after getting two other quotes. Their professionalism and customer service is second to none. My garage has low head room and this did not frighten them away, unlike the others. Unfortunately, when my door arrived, there had been an error in measurement which made it unusable, but they immediately took steps to correct the situation in a way that was satisfactory to me. Chris promised me I would be happy with his company by the time it was all done, and he went out of his way -- literally -- to make good on his promise. Ryan the installer, and Robert who did the capping, are exceptional workers. I highly recommend Markham Garage Doors and would definitely hire them again.

Hired this company to install my garage door opener today. I'm extremely satisfied with the professionalism, friendly and patient attitude of their representative today (Ryan). Booking this service was extremely easy. Showed up on time and installed within an hour. Was patient enough to walk us through a trial run, how to program the touch pad, install light bulbs, demo the sensors. The installation was done well also. Would strongly recommend them.

my garage door's spring broke this morning and i need it fixed asap. I found this local company and called them to see if they can help. The service person told me it's on them and will come to my house soon. 2 hours later, the technician Gustavo showed up in front of my door and half hour later it was all back to normal! He also gave me some advice on how to annually maintain the garage door to keep it run smoothly and last longer. the price is reasonable given the nature of this kind of work. Thank you and really appreciated!

I visited the showroom in early September 2016 after looking at the reviews on homestars. I met with Kevin who took the time to answer my questions and present me with a package and some options for consideration. He even recommended a company for my main entry doors. On September 28th I emailed Kevin for a quote. He visited our home later that evening to discuss our options and provide a quote and made some recommendations. Very down to earth guy. We decided to go with Kevin after a couple other quotes and signed up with him on the day he visited. In three weeks the install was scheduled. Ryan came over early on installation date and completed the install very efficiently. He had to work around a couple other contractors who were at my home on that day as well. Robert phoned on install day and made arrangements to come over the next day. He came in completed the capping around the garage door, siding above the garage door and the capping around my front window. It all looks good and has changed our home's curb appeal. We are very pleased with our interaction with Kevin, Ryan and Robert (whom I did not meet as we worked when we were not home) P.S. Kevin you were right sources tell me that Robert did come over with "The Star Ship Enterprise" ;-) Keep up the good work guys.... will check you out when you open your Scarborough Location.

We emailed for a quote. Chad responded in the same day and gave us enough information through the email that we asked for a quote which he did as soon as it was convenient for us. He was friendly and knowledgeable and gave us a very competitive quote. They called us as soon as our door was ready to schedule a time that was convenient for us and they had the door installed in a morning. They left our garage the same way they found it. The young man who installed the door was polite, friendly and professional. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
