He made sure that the garage was in good working order and took the time to explain the repair and proper maintenance. This company has good reviews. They are well deserved. I picked MGD because of the amount of positive reviews and was not disappointed. The sales rep, Louis, was patient with us throughout all our design choices. He explained in detail what to expect including all costs and timing. Three weeks after placing our order, we received a phone call from MGD (as expected) to setup an install date & time. The installer, Brandon, showed up on the agreed date and explained what to expect during the install and was there to answer any questions before the install began. He was courteous during the entire install process. After the install was complete, Brandon took the time to explain how to care for the door and other tidbits about the newly installed door. From start to finish, the staff at this company were kind, courteous, patient as well as very informative. With so many horiffic stories about what happens in the trades industry, it's refreshing to be able to feel comfortable and confident that the company you picked is doing the job right. I would highly recommend MDG for anyone looking at any type of work relating to their garage door(s).

I went in today to buy a garage door remote since the previous home owners didn't leave them! They were polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond even thought I just needed a garage door opener. I would definitely recommend them and know who to call when my garage doors or opener needs replacing/fixing. Thanks again

We had a problem with the opener and I called two companies and decided to go with Markham Garage Doors LTD. The day after Ernie came and did an awesome job by fixing the opener and completely oiling and tightening the garage door bolts. He was very efficient. I strongly recommend this company.

Looks like your ordinary everyday garage installer at first! Their work is truely amazing The techniques they used like cutting the brick and sliding in the capping, wow never seen anything like it, super! Looks as though it was originally done by the builder. The crew did some capping around the house as well. 10 out of 10 on that too! I doubt theres anyone out there that can match this companies unique technique and quality, period!!!

I contacted quite a number of HomeStars recommended garage door repair companies and I was lucky enough to have chosen you. Asked Chris for a quote for the spare part replacement for my 13 year old garage door & labour cost over the phone. He sent Ernie who did an awesome job not only repairing the door but completely oiling and tightening the garage door bolts. He even advised me what part to watch out for & how to deal with it in the future. Will definitely recommend this company to everyone :)

Robert did a great job repairing my damaged aluminum capping around the edge of the garage door. He was prompt, courteous and tidy with all his work. This is a garage door company I highly recommend for folks in the Markham area with expectations for excellent work to be performed.
