My garage door doesn't open due to a broken coil spring. I got a quick estimate from Adam whom just happened to be doing work in the neighbourhood. Next, I got my confirmation quote from Chris on the phone. A repair person named Ryan A came & repaired my door promptly. He was friendly & professional. What i like most was the price exactly as quoted. Fair & no surprise hidden fees. Good customer service.

I hired Markham Garage Doors to replace my aging garage doors and openers a few years ago. The quality of the products, workmanship and pricing were superb. Later on, my neighbours and friends also chose this company to replace their garage doors and they were very happy with it. Last week, I noticed closing of my garage door has become noisier that I wanted someone to check. Ryan A came over. He checked and then showed me thoroughly which parts I need to lube quarterly to reduce the noise. His attitude was very friendly and professional. It is relieving to have such a great contractor company in the neighbourhood.

I was most impressed with "who" they were and "what" they did…"A plus" in both categories. I had to pay extra because of some difficulty in the construction of the original garage framing…but it was handled well and immediately. The estimate was well below other estimates but not the quality of the door or the workmanship. We were able to put a beautiful finishing touch on the appearance of our property at a very reasonable cost. Would, without reservation, recommend them with highest rating possible. Louis their sales rep came down same day I called to look at the job and quote me on the spot. They scheduled an install 4 days later. The installer John was fantastic, he was professional, answered all my questions and did not leave a mess behind when he finished the job (unlike most contractors). The door looks and works great, we've received a lot of compliments so far. Prior to hiring them I did contact a few other companies from Homestars and Markham garage was by far the best priced and more importantly were able to do the job within a week! Go with them you will not regret it.

I made a good decision by choosing Markham garage doors company. Doors are good quality. They did a good work, the cappping is perfect. Staffs are friendly and professional. I would recommend anyone Markham Garage doors company. Yvonne

Our garage door roller had slipped out of the runner. I called Chris at Markham Garage Doors who said that they could respond that day between 3:00 and 5:00 pm. Ryan arrived at 3:30 pm. He was friendly and worked quickly and efficiently to fix the problem. The previous time we had a problem we used another company who appeared to gouge us. Next time if we need a repair, we shall definitely go back to Markham Garage Doors. Thanks!

After reading reviews I decided to go with Markham Garage Doors. Their repairman, Ernie, arrived, assessed the problem and fixed it quickly. He also lubricated the moving parts of the broken door and my other door as well. I was very pleased with the service and with the costs and especially with the service technician. The people, Chris at the office and Ernie on site were very friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
