This is the second time Ryan A. Has installed a garage door for me. This one was for my new property and had boosted my curb appeal greatly. Both times he was friendly, knolageable, and clean. I would happily recommend this company and installer to all people that asked and proudly displayed there lawn sign for weeks after! Great work!

Ryan and his partner were very courteous and professional. We are pleased. They did a nice job.

Jan 27th I parked my car in the garage and the spring/pulley broke, I called Chris at Markham Garage Door Ltd and told him what happen and he told me a tech would be out within the hour. The tech that came was very professional and I told him I would be interested in replacing the current garage door with a new one. The tech contacted Louis (sales) to meet up with me and discuss replacement. Louis met up with me later that day and I picked out what I liked and he told me it could take up to 3 weeks for them to receive the order. The next day I was contacted by Louis and they would be picking up my garage door in the afternoon from the supplier and would be installing Feb 3. Well I would like to thank all the techs for a job well done! I am very impressed with the service provided. Thank you

Exceptional service. Repair of broken spring on garage door, and once here, I asked Ernie to change the spring on the second door. Prompt, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable. I found them in Homestars and am delighted to highly recommend them.

First time using Markham Garage Doors but they were highly recommended. We visited the showroom several times as we were having a hard time deciding the style we wanted. The owners/staff were very patient with us and thoroughly explained our options. On installation day we were very pleased with the installer who was very professional and pleasant. He ran into an irregularity with the ceiling of the garage due to the living space above but quickly came up with a solution. The doors look absolutely great and the new openers are smooth and quiet. Called Markham Garage Doors again because I know they will always do a great job and deliver as promised. This time I had to replace the garage opener as it was not working when the temperature dropped. Ernie did a great job, finished within a reasonable time, took away all the old materials and left with everything working perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

These guys were a genuine pleasure to work with. They even brought over a number of door samples to help me try to match colours to my exterior, and managed to track down photos of other projects with the special pattern and window configuration I was looking for. Everything was on time and great quality. Ryan the installer did a great job; everything worked perfectly and he took away all the old materials with no mess left behind. My suggestion to others is to have your installer show you how to program the exterior keypad: I didn't do this and the manufacturer site has a few different instructions posted that are hard to follow (not the fault of MGD).

I contacted several companies to replace a garage door and windows above the door, and only Kevin provided a solution for the windows. Ryan, the garage door installer, and Robert who did the trim, were punctual, very personable and took time to answer my questions. I’m extremely pleased with the final product and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.
