Recently had a problem with my garage door not responding. Called MGDL and had a repairman out the same day! Ryan A was very cheerful and knowledgeable, identifying the problem straight away! He fixed the door in no time and even tightened the chain and installed a touchpad which I had been meaning to get for some time! Great job! Thanks Ryan. Thanks MGDL! Good job all round!

Called company in the morning and service organized for afternoon. Brandon came and recommended replacement of the cable and then efficiently set to work. He also rust proofed the other cables. I would definitely recommend Brandon and this company to friends and will use them again.

Had a problem with Tension spring on Garage Door and tried to fix myself after giving up called Markham Garage Door Ltd. Called in the morning and Ryan from MGD came over that afternoon and had everything working in no time. He was helpful and had some very good advice on maintenance and planning for a future replacement door. Could not be more happy with the service.

Was disappointed with the last garage repair company used and located Markham Garage Doors Ltd. through HomeStars. The garage door cable rusted through and snapped so we were unable to open or close the door. The company took the call early in the morning and sent out a repairman within an hour. He replaced the cable and also tuned up the door and replaced a roller for free. He also stapled the rubber flap back to the bottom of the door for free! Couldn't have been happier with the service! Prompt, reliable, and provided service above that which was required. Thank you!

The spring on my garage door broke, and I contacted Markham Garage Door for a quote on the repair through email. They were very quick to respond to my note, and courteous and knowledgeable when I called them to set up an appt. The door also had some cosmetic issues on the outside, but a total replacement of the door was not in my budget. I was not pressured into purchasing a new door, but rather the team worked with me to ensure an effective repair instead. The service technician showed up on time and was friendly, helpful, and competent. I’m very pleased with the service of this company and have already recommended that my friend call them for her garage door issues. Great job Ernie!! After talking with Chris (the owner), they arrived within an hour as promised. Fixed the broken springs and tuned up the garage door. Very straight-forward and clearly explained everything they were doing. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others... Thanks again.
