I bought 2 garage openers and I called Markham Garage Doors Ltd to install them. I did not know if they would install since I had not bought from them but no problem. Brandon came and did the installation. He is extremely professional and he did a very clean job. Had I known they had the product I was looking for, I would have bought from them. I now have 2 garage doors working well. Just looking at Brandon working, I realized that I would not have been able to do this job on my own without spending lots of time and going to the hardware stores multiple times.

I found this company by chance. I needed a opener installed and decided to give them a call based on some of the reviews I read. The gentleman I spoke to was polite and straightforward. He told me that the earliest he could get an installer to me was Thursday of next week, it was Friday. He told me there was a chance that he could get a guy to me if he finished early. Turns out I was lucky that day. After a call to let me know, one of his installers finished early and came by to install the door opener. His name is Brandon. He was polite and got straight to work. Took just about an hour. It was immediately obvious to me that he knew what he was doing. The work looked sturdy and Brandon went through a bit of a tutorial on how to use and program the opener. Great work. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

Awesome service and excellent communication. Brandon from Markham Garage Doors was in and out within an hour having repaired the garage door and installed the new opener. Brandon was also very thorough in explaining the work required to repair the door and clearly demonstrated all the features features of the new opener for me. First time experience with Homestars and Markham Garage Doors. Very happy!

I called MGDL first thing in the morning and Jared was at my house that same afternoon. He took time and care in assessing the damage/problem and fixed not only the obvious problem, he fixed the alignment and wheels preventing a more costly damage in the future. The garage door actually works better and smoother now than it did before it broke. Thank you so much Jared and MGDL, the service received from start to finish exceeded my expectations, it was a pleasure.

Great service. Prompt communication. In and out in half an hour so I could quickly return to my work. It was great to see a Pro like Brendan in action. It was a job I could have attempted myself ... I think, however I'm glad I called Markham Garage Doors because after replacing the spring on one door, Brendan tuned the "little things" on both my doors to prevent later significant issues. Excellent job! Fair price! Great value! Will definitely recommend the company to neighbours, family, and friends.

Ryan P. Replace & Install a new garage door & new opener (my own), weatherstrip alone.Did a wonderful job. He did warn me the energy saving light bulb is no good for it, but he inatall for me, it works very good since June 7 till today (June 24). Robert N. did the capping, very good job but I notice he close the light bulb cover for us (good intension).right after he left, the light and the sensor are not working, I change to the regular light bulb under their instruction is not helping. They instruct me to turn off the power and get up there to do somethig with screwdriver. I don't think I'm capable to do it. I have no electrical knowlege. It is not very helpful for me. I have to call my contrctor to come to help me in next few days to get it fix.*** I won't recommad them to anybody else for their sevice.especial senior *** June 25 my contractor came in a.m. and found out the breaker for the door was off, after corrected it. everything is fine now.

The main spring on my garage door had broken. I had a golf tee off time for 12:20pm. I talked with Chris who said he would get someone there to take care of the problem in time for me to golf. Brandon arrived before 9am and within the hour he had replaced the broken spring, lubricated and adjusted the garage door. Super job! Very efficient, very friendly and reasonable rate for the job. Thank you Markham Garage Doors. You were exactly what I hoped for. Time to get ready for golf.

We have used Markham Garage Doors for several years for repairs and replacement of our garage door openers. We have always been extremely satisfied with their expertise and professionalism. Finally it was time to completely replace the garage doors themselves. The new doors were beautiful and the workmanship was excellent. The only concern was that the weather stripping around the door was not exactly the best colour match. I was a bit disappointed but I let it go. It was acceptable. I was so pleasantly surprised to get a call from Chris telling me that he had sourced a weather stripping from another supplier that would be a better match. He wanted me to be super satisfied. Just "acceptable" was not enough. The new weather stripping is fantastic!!!! A perfect match. They even replaced it when I was at work so that I would not have to be home and be inconvenienced. Thank you so much everyone at Markham Garage Doors. You have tremendous pride in your work and it shows.

I called this morning and spoke with Chris. He was able to get Brandon to come this afternoon and fixed the garage door opener for us. Very fast service and very nice to deal with both Chris and Brandon. I will recommend them to all our friends!

After sub par service from my local big box store I found markham garage doors on the web. Our initial visit tomthe shop was amazing as Kevin took the time to show my wife and I different doors and even took us in the back to show us the hardware they use. Chris came by to quote us and was right on time. He even unscrewed and brought the sample panel from his shop to see if the color would match our siding. Install was done without issues along with capping of the moulding. We get compliments on our Hass door all the time and don't hesitate to refer our neighbors to markham garage. If the wind didn't blow our lawn sign away it would still be up! Great job guys!
