Despite I was only looking for a garage door seal replacement for 8-year old my Richard Wilcox, Chris has been very professional. The color I was looking for is grey but he didn't have it in stock. He gave me a call the next day to follow it up and a few days later, it arrived. I am amazed because it is only Cdn$30 parts and he still provides great customer service. If I have a garage door to replace, his company would be the top of my list.

The spring broke on our garage door Tuesday night, i called Chris from Markham Garage Doors Wednesday morning and by 6 pm same day our garage door is fully functioning. Chris was very friendly and helpful over the phone and Jared the installer got to our house earlier than my husband. Very reliable and he did an excellent job! Their pricing is very good compare to others i called. Thank you Chris and Jared for making this whole experience stress free! Professional and quick service. They were on time and completed the job in 30 mins. They even tightened up all the bolts and lubed all the hinges for free. Reasonable price and paid as quoted. Great company, highly recommended!

Torsion spring broke on my garage door, had both springs replaced. When I called I got all the information I needed. The technician (who's name I'm sorry to say I forgot) came at the exact time I was told on the phone, explained what he was going to do and in 1 hour had both torsion springs replaced. He also replaced some missing screw nuts, lubed the door hinges and checked the door in general without me even saying anything. I have to say I am very happy with the service I received today and I would recommend Markham Garage Doors to anyone else.

The old doors were removed and the new doors installed all on the same day - very impressive! This included the reconnection of an exisiting door opener. The work was completed in a professional and competent manner.

Was talking with Kevin at Markham Garage Doors about an opener for my daughters new home out in Brooklin, a gift for her and her new husband to be. Kevin discussed the options with me. One of the big things was the belt drive, being quiet, and a bedroom just above it. Good suggestion Kevin. The installation was excellent,clean and tidy. Homeowners are very happy. My garage door would not open the other day as I could hear the opener humming but the door would not budge; so I jumped on Homestars.ca to find a local company to use. I picked Markham Garage Doors after reading all of their positive reviews and I was not disappointed. Brandon (very professional) arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a dead motor capacitor which he promptly replaced. He also noticed that the main spring was installed a tad low so he moved it up a few inches to the proper position. In under one hour everything was up and running smoothly and I could use my garage door again. I would definitely use/recommend Markham Garage Doors again as I had a very positive experience with them : 10 out of 10.

The friendliness and professionalism of the service received from MGD LTD was exceptional. Thanks to Chris for explaining the details and requirements and eradicating any and all concerns I had. The work performed by Ryan was immaculate. No hanging wires. The Garage door opener unit appears to be floating in mid-air. I highly recommend Markham Garage Door LTD. Visited the showroom and had the pleasure of meeting Kevin and Chris. They gave me the PROS & CONS regarding each garage door option and with a little guidance, they helped me narrow down my door choice (style, colour and R-value). MGD unsuccesfully installed the garage door; turns out the original door was too wide. They apologized, didn't make any excuses and promptly corrected the problem. Total pros. I love the garage door (Aesthetics and R-value) and the opener (oh, so silent). Keep up the great work guys!
