Excellent service! The young man who came to install the garage door opener was polite and courteous, and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this company to anyone who asked.

Visited Markham Garage showroom with two garage door openers, not working. Also bottom rubber seal of garage door eaten away by trapped chipmunk, therefore seal broken. Problem with openers was rectified on the spot at the showroom and the seal repaired next day. Staff was efficient, professional polite and conpetent. I have always been served very well by this company. (A new garage door opener was installed same day last spring when it was needed most) The cost was good value in that my time is valuable and the completion of the job quickly was appreciated. Excellent service over the phone and in person. I talked to Chris over the phone and he was very clear as to how much the repair would cost and when it could be done. Lucky enough, Brandon was nearby and came to repair and replace both cables very quickly. I would definitely recommend their service, great service for the cost!

We are very happy with the product and service provided by MGD. Kevin is very knowledgeable and recommended another garage door company when he found out MGD does not carry the color that we want (to match the color of our entry door). In the end we could not find the matching color at all the garage door companies that we contacted and eventually we decided to use the customized paint and MGD offers the lowest price amongst competitors. On the day of the installation Ryan came early and spent the entire day onsite, and did an excellent job. He came back the next morning to install the keypad that didn't work the previous day, despite I told him there is no rush for that. Very pleasant experience working with folks at MGD.

On October 3, 2012 the main spring on my garage door broke. My vehicle was in the garage and I was unable to open the door manually. I contacted Markham Garage Doors and they said they would be here as soon as possible. Ryan P. a technician for company showed up a few hours later. He was very professional and courteous and had the spring repaired in about and hour. He even noticed a broken hinge on one of the door pannels and replaced it free of charge and then lubricated the entire system. This type of service today is rare. I would highly recommend Markham Garage Doors and would gladly use their services again.

We recently had our 2 garage doors replaced as well as an opener installed and the trim capped. I found Markham Garage Doors thru Homestars, went to vist their showroom and knew immediately that this was the company I wanted to deal with. Chris was fantastic, so helpful and professional. Ryan did the install and left the whole area clean. As promised the capping on the trim is amazing, no caulking, screws etc. I believe our neighbors have garage door envy. Everyone comments on how fantastic the garage looks. From beginning to end they were professional, friendly and really made me feel like they would go out of their way to help. Their customer service is fantastic. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to replace or fix garage doors or openers. What a great group of young men. Thank you all.
