We have an older tudor home in Markham, wanting to update with paint and cover the wood and change the garage doors MGD was a one stop shop not 3 contractors..the team at MGD of Chris, Robert, Ryan A - with their knowledge and expertise - made us very happy with their workmanship and skill. Highly recommend..MGD to anyone interested in changing the curb appeal of their home!!

Markham Garage Doors Ltd is the first one who responsed to my telephone message left on the previous night. They told me the costs on the phone and came over on time. Brandon Slon, the mechanician explained to me the life span of the springs and showed me the two new springs he was going to change. After the springs were up working Brandon showed me the old wheels which made lousy squeaky noise and in bad shape. He changed all ten wheels at 60 dollars. One of the two cables on the sides of the garage door was very rusty and half broken, Brandon found out, changed into a new one and sprayed both cables at the cost of $15. Now my garade door works quiet and smooth, and I feel safe for my kids to run through it. I am very satisfied with Brandon's professional service, and detailed educational explanations. I would definitely recommend Brondon to my neighbors and friends.

Met with one of the owners, Kevin, at the store - he explained to me clearly what the difference was between the rubber belt and chain drive openers they sold. Also explained the difference between the "pro" models they sold vs the "DIY" versions sold in big box stores. Great communication with them. Price was reasonable, service was exceptional - Brandon S. came to do the install, was professional, installed quickly and solidy, and took the time to explain everything afterwards. Will definitely go back to Markham Garage Doors when it comes time to update/upgrade both our garage doors!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Markham Garage Doors. I had 2 doors with openers installed, quite a big job & the installer was Ryan who performed the job in a very professional & efficient manner.He shoed up at the appointed time & worked non stop until the job was completed. His work was excellent & I would highly recommend Markham Doors to anybody considering new garage doors.

Excellent service, friendly, knowledgable. Called in the morning when I realized door wasn't moving properly. Brandon arrived within a couple hours to fix it, and now it works great! Replaced the springs, and the side rollers.

After 20 years, the metal rollers and the spring on one of our garage doors became so old that it was impossible for the opener to pull the door up. In came Ryan to save the day! He replaced 20 rollers, installed a new Cladwood spring, cables and bottom rubbers, all in merely 30 minutes. The door can now be opened smoothly and quietly. Thanks Ryan! Also, it gives us peace of mind to know that parts and labour come with warranty. We highly recommend Markham Garage Doors!! :)

Checked out a few companies but they were close to where I live so went to their showroom. The service was friendly and quick. Measurements were done and they came to install when the door came. The installer was courteous and helpful. He finished within the time he said he would.

Received service within one hour of my call. The installation was done quickly and perfectly by a very friendly Ryan A. ,who was a real pleasure to deal with! Definately a 10 !!!!!
