Terrible Service from this maid company!!!

Over the 14 months that you were an NCM client you scheduled 10 cleanings with us and cancelled 4 of the 10. You indicated that due to the size of your family your home is not in the same condition as others. We provided you with an estimate of the time required in order to do a proper deep cleaning of your home. You always indicated that the cost is too much and wanted to negotiate the cleanings and advising that you could do the same tasks in less time. The last cleaning provided the crew did ask for more time to clean the areas of the home which you added on last minute such as the basement bathroom. You indicated that due to the size of the bathroom as well as the simplicity of some of the other tasks you were not willing to provide extra time. You did not take in to consideration the poor condition of the home to begin with along with renovation dust and the gap between cleanings (which you indicate was a month but was actually 10 weeks). The crew did stay over the scheduled time, addressed your complaints at no extra cost to you. On top of that you were offered a $15.00 discount to make sure that you are satisfied. We do aim to do the cleaning to the professional standards that we require from our crews however to ensure total client satisfaction we also have a 24 hour guarantee for our services. This however does not include extra time for which the client is unwilling to pay.
