    Busy Mom

    I am a mother of 3 children and work full time so it's not surprising that spring cleaning my house is the last thing on my list of things to do. My husband thought I was crazy hiring a cleaning company to clean our house but I had heard such positive things about New Century Maids that I knew I was doing the right thing! When my husband came home in the evening he was compelled to agree with me. The quality of the cleaning plus the attention to detail of the staff resulted in my house sparkling from top to bottom. There was no evidence that kids lived in the house as all finger marks were thoroughly removed! My husband and I were delighted with the spring clean and feel fully justified in paying for a professional cleaning service. I have no hesitations in recommending NCM to any busy household who feel too busy to give precious time to spring cleaning. The quality of the service provided makes it well worth it.

    Great clean

    The service provided by New Century Maids for us was really very impressive; the standard of cleaning and attention to detail was much appreciated. The lady who cleaned our home (Anna) is to be congratulated, she did and excellent job, she is a credit to your company. I will definitely be recommending your services to friends and family.

    Commercial Cleaning

    NCM has been cleaning my home and clinic for quite some time now and my patients are always commenting how clean the office and waiting room is and how nice is smells – they enjoy coming in to see me. A clean office reflects on my business and patients. Thank you New Century Maids for all your hard work at my office and home. I always look forward to your girls coming in.

    In Need Of Help

    Hi I am physically handicapped and have had trouble finding a good cleaning company to come out and help me clean my home, there are only a few things that I can do on my own and need help with the bigger jobs. Most companies that I have worked with in the past were not up to par, they would miss many things that they believe I would not notice and I paid good money. Then I found NCM, let me tell you they are the best company ever! They clean everywhere- even places that I would not be able to see (I have friends that come over and do see everywhere) I have been with them for over 8 months and have not been disappointed, the job they perform is well worth the money.

    Animal Lover

    Want to say Thanks to the ladies who arrive on a regular basis to clean my large home so that it is always neat and tidy and smells great, a big thing for me is that I have a dog who is family to me and the ladies always look after him and even take him out for a walk when they finish cleaning, he loves them and is always eager to greet them each time. He is a big dog and many people are intimidated by his size but my cleaning crew. Thank you New Century Maids for taking the time to care not only for my home but my best friend Duke as well.

    House Cleaning

    I hired this company to do a cleaning job. Not only did they not finish the job but I was charged twice. I am still struggling to get my charges reversed but the ladies at the office are just not up to their jobs. No follow up from the office. I have been and continue to follow up for a resolution. Beware this company charges a surcharge if you pay by credit card.

    Dear Narciso, if you write, write the truth. Our payment policy is clear- the payment has to be done on the day of cleaning. We did 2 jobs for you and none of the crew members nor did office receive the payment for cleaning performed. Your credit card was charged as a backup payment. When we received a cheque from you a week later, your card was credited back. Why are you blaming us with your late payment?

    Amazing House Cleaning

    I have been using NCM for close to a year now for bi-weekly cleans. I started with them because of all the positive reviews on HomeStars and I continue to be thrilled and impressed. I have used other cleaning companies in the past and I've never had nearly as positive an experience as I've had with NCM. Not only is the house spotless when they're done, they do little things like arranging a little display in my son's crib with his toys (he's old enough to safely have toys in his crib and likes to take everything but the kitchen sink in there with him). The company has been very flexible and helpful with working around unplanned circumstances like a major plumbing issue. They are willing to use non-toxic cleaning products and accommodate my request to use standard (toxic!) cleaning products on the toilets (which weren't really getting as clean with the non-toxic ones) and non-toxic everywhere else. They follow up with me at regular intervals to ensure that I'm still happy with the service and to address any issues that may have arisen. I hate to admit it, but a few times I've had to leave the house in a rush and it's been in an embarrassingly terrible state with a lot of clutter. I have come home to find the usual organized and spotless result once they're done. I'm really impressed with New Century Maids..

    Last Minute Clean

    I was in a bind, my family called to say that they were going to visit me that very evening, being a student I really had no time for cleaning my apartment and began to panic as my Mom is a total neat freak. I found NCM through a google search and read their reviews; I gave them a call saying that I really need this cleaning to be done today. The office staff worked hard to see if there were any openings (it was the end of the week) and to my great relief they set up everything – the ladies arrived on time and did an amazing job. My mom was so proud of me for keeping my place so clean. Ha ha! Thank you New Century Maids for your hard work and I shall be definitely calling again.

    Sparkling Home

    What can I say about this hard working and really professional cleaning team! I booked 2 cleaners (Zita and Nada) for 2 hours, I gave them my priorities and when they finished my home was like a sparkling castle! Thank you NCM - I will be your loyal customer forever!

    Back from Vacation

    I was gone for a month on vacation with my family and returning remembered what state we had left our home in (like a tornado hit) and remembered that NCM was schedule to come in and clean our home while we were away. When we walked through the door we were amazed and the transformation – it was spotless, there was no sign that we had left it in such a mess. New Century Maids is the best! So glad we had hired them for our regular cleanings, they are trustworthy and always reliable, I am always stress free knowing that my home is being looked after even if I am not there.
