    Worth the Price

    Amazing, wonderful, exceeded expectations. The best cleaning I had ever seen of a home, even my mother and grandmother were impressed. I have been looking for a new cleaning service for my home for quite a while. I have tried several different companies and other individuals. No one has ever come close to the standard of cleaning for this service. While a bit more expensive, the level of cleanliness and security was well worth the price difference. The whole experience was wonderful from the time I called (the office staff answered promptly, spent a lot of time explaining their company philosophy, standards, and practices, fit me into the schedule for that week, and confirmed the appointment two days before the cleaning date). The crew showed up on time, went through the house to explain, and I left them there without any worries or hesitation. Kamila from the office called when the crew was ready to leave (within time estimation) and when I returned home, I was flabbergasted how beautiful my house looked. I even sat there in my living room and marveled at the cleanliness of everything.

    Excellent experience

    My husband and I became aware of New Century Maids through researching cleaning companies on the internet. In knowing that they used non-toxic products was a key part of our decision, in addition to their high ratings on Homestars. We were more than pleased with the results of their first visit, and look forward to experiencing their excellent service on a regular basis. We'd recommend them to people that have never used a service, or like us where it had been many years since having this kind of service. Their professionalism made it a smooth and comfortable process, and the results were exemplary. Thank you!

    Loyal customer

    I’ve been a customer of New Century Maids cleaning for over 5 years and consider myself lucky to have found such a wonderful company. In addition to doing a great job with the actual cleaning service they have many other qualities essential to providing excellent service. NCM are trustworthy; punctual; accommodating, kind, considerate and pet-friendly (just to name a few). I moved several times since hiring NCM and with each move I’ve ensured that they will still be able to service the house. I remain loyal to them and highly recommend their service. I liked that they used green products and took the time to explain them to me and always ask if there is anything extra to be done if they have time left over.

    Always Great

    Excellent workers very friendly and extremely hard working. Always provide a friendly service and I have always been satisfied with the work carried out. Recommended the company to two friends who are also very happy with the work they carry out every time.

    Back To School

    My roommates and I had need of a super clean for our new apartment and found NCM, we were so happy that they could accommodate us on such short notice (we did not think about cleaning our new place) The two ladies that came did such a great job that we decide to have them come in once a month to help us out since we are so busy with school. Can’t wait till all the Mom’s arrive – they will be proud Thanks New Century Maids

    Deep Cleaning with the works

    I had New Century Maids provide an initial deep cleaning, to be followed by regular bi-weekly service. Kasha and Luda did a great job on the deep clean. Great attitude, great attention to detail, and they were friendly to my cats. They also cleaned my fridge and oven - this required an extra fee (included in the total below), but for me was well worth it. I also liked that they provide all their own cleaning equipment and supplies, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. I look forward to starting the bi-weekly service as well.

    Apartment Cleaning

    The service was horrible. They left half way through and said they had to clean another house and come back in the afternoon to finish. They came back, but they still didn't finish. When I asked them to wipe down the fridge they said they had no more time, even though I'm paying by the hour. Their dusting was haphazard and left big globs of wet dust balls on my floor and desk. They were the most expensive cleaning service I've had. I've had my apartment cleaned before by other services where they took more time and did a more thorough job for only $200. I live in a 1000 sq. ft. apartment and it cost me $320 for them to not even finish cleaning. When I called the company to let them know what had happened they offered no solutions or compensation and stated that it was "too bad" I wasn't happy with the service. Abysmal. Get someone else. ANYONE else. Update: I have never stated that I was satisfied with the cleaning. The issue is not how long it took, it's that they didn't stay to finish the job and the hourly rate is ridiculous.

    It is ironic that when one of our office staff had called to get some feedback after your cleaning you had stated that you were quite satisfied with the cleaning. True that the ladies had left because they had another urgent cleaning and you had asked to extend the length of the service - which was accommodated when they had returned to your home. Our crews are very good at what they do and we can only go on what each customer tells us about the condition of their homes, if a home is in poor condition then of course more time is needed you had indicated that your home was not cleaned in over a year.

    Busy Schedule

    I am a very busy person and cannot always have someone come in to my home on a regular basis to clean it as I am out of town a lot. Being a busy person I can always rely on N.C.M. to book me in when my schedule allows – we look at days and times and always find a day that suits both myself and N.C.M.

    Great Gift Idea

    I am a loyal customer of New Century Maids and when a dear friend of mine was expecting her third child I remembered how I felt when I was in the same situation, the long hours that you are awake and lack of sleep you just don’t have the energy for anything. When it was time for her baby shower I decided on a gift certificate from New Century Maids to help her out. It was so simple, just went on to NCM’s website (www.newcenturymaids.ca) - picked an amount – printed out the certificate and finished. My friend was overjoyed when she received her gift. Always a great choice with NCM

    Move in Cleaning

    Great work ladies all our thanks for the super job. Moving in is always a big hassle and my wife and I just did not have the strength or time to clean a 5000 square foot home before we could move in, so we checked Homestars and after reading many reviews decide to us NCM. The cleaning was just amazing, we were so happy to move in to a clean home.
