    Fantastic Job

    The two ladies that had arrived at my home did a fantastic job, the office set up a cleaning so fast, they save my life as i was having a guest coming over that very weekend. Great Job!

    Fantastic Cleaning

    Robin arrived right on time, despite the flooding the day before. She did fantastic job on cleaning my condo, it was absolutely great. I appreciated some of the little touches in how she set things up - as a bachelor, that extra touch is welcome. I have since set up a recurring cleaning schedule for my home.

    The Best

    As most working folk know, it's a gift to find an organization that not only does an amazing job, but also offers flexibility and support. I never have to worry that someone will not fit my schedule to help me keep my home sparkling- and the people at New Century Maids are all terrific. Isabelle and Kamila at the office are very professional and knowledgeable, always there to help. I have been a client for about 5 years and I'm a client forever! Best ever.

    House Cleaning

    Do NOT use this service. I was told the initial cleaning would be 4 hours and they left after 2 1/2. Did a terrible job. Cleaning my sink with the same rag they used to clean my toilet !!!! Complained but they were to busy to deal with me.

    I am very sorry to hear you feel this way, your cleaning was estimated at 4 man hours (a crew of 2 ladies for 2 hours) the ladies had stayed have an hour longer and you were only charged for 4 man hours. You were watching them every moment they were there and you had provided them with your own cleaning clothes because you did not want them to use their own. We wish you best of luck.

    Thrilled

    I was very pleased by the prompt arrival of Magda & Anna this morning. I showed them what I expected for today, and they went right to work. They were amazing....everything and much more was cleaned beyond my expectations. I was thrilled with their work today! I definitely will be in touch to arrange a permanent booking.     House Cleaning

    The customer service at New Century Maids is great - Kamila and Isabelle respond very quickly to enquiries and they try their best to make sure the customer is accommodated. Unfortunately I was not thrilled with the quality of the cleaning that the 2 women did for us for our "move in" clean. I think they would be good at just a general cleaning, but they didn't really do a complete and thorough scrub of the house we moved into. We noticed that some of the bathroom counters, inside the closets and kitchen cupboards still had dust/dirt on them. The previous owners of the house were neat but dust had accummulated and we didn't want to put our things away until everything was thoroughly cleaned. There were also a lot of paint chips that had fallen on the stone floor after the painters were gone. If my mother hadn't been on her hands and knees with a scrub brush, indicating to the cleaners that there were still marks on the floor, they would have left without cleaning the floor properly. If you want a very thorough move in cleaning job, they may not be the best choice, but they did a good enough job for regular cleaning, in my opinion.

    Secure Cleaning

    What has impressed me most so far about New Century Maids is the customer service. I felt like the office was always accessible and always in touch with me. It was easy to arrange a cleaning team, the team showed up at my house on time, they were pleasant, hard-working young women, a supervisor came by the house in the early afternoon to check up on how we were getting along. I just generally felt well-looked after and not neglected.

    First Cleaning

    My first cleaning experience exceeded my expectations. The initial cleaning brought my house back to the level of clean that we had when we bought it 3 years ago (new). I looked into the oven and thought it had been replaced with a new one! I told my husband that we should have done this years ago. Now, every two weeks we have a standard and continue to be extremely happy with the service. It's such a treat to come into the house at the end of a "cleaning day" knowing that I don't have to spend my weekends attempting to clean this well (which I couldn't!). Even my son has commented how nice the house feels now that we have it cleaned every 2 weeks. I would highly recommend New Century Maids.

    After party Clean up

    I had a really big party, and afterwards, the house was really dirty and there was garbage everywhere. I had NCM come over and clean up the mess that was left over. They did a great job. It was like the party never happened. Thanks for all your help!

    Superb Cleaning

    It took me forever to find a cleaning service with great reviews and then I stumbled upon New Century Maids. I contacted the office for a quote and they are really responsive with emails and calls. I'm so glad I went with them because they are absolutely AMAZING! I live in a townhouse with 3 floors and they were scheduled to clean for 3 hours. They ended up staying an extra half hour (my house was really that dirty). Anna and Magy were the ladies that cleaned my entire house and they are just fantastic. I was super impressed and I will definitely have them clean my house again in the future.
