    General Contractor

    I was very pleased to do work for a company like this. Novacon was right on point on how to get the job done right step by step. The workers also were very clean, organized and professional. From what I seen, this is the type of company you should have do your complete project. Once again, thanks Pavel

    Full home renovation(kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, hardwood floors etc)

    We hired Novacon to renovate our home and we are glad we did. From the first time we met Pavel, we felt comfortable and at ease with him. He explained everything from the beginning and all the way through the project perfectly. Pavel and his team were professional, friendly, courteous and clean and I would recommend them to anyone.

    Basement, bathroom

    We had high hopes of a full basement reno and quickly realized that our budget wouldn't allow it. Novacon came in and was still able to work with us and suggest proper actions based on our budget. Working along William was a delight, his knowledge and customer service far exceeded our expectations. We look forward to working with Novacon on future projects.

    Outdoor deck

    The Novacon team completed a total bathroom & kitchen reno in early spring of 2015. The project was fabulous so I reached out again when I wanted a new deck in the backyard of my inner city home. They hit it out of the ballpark yet again. The deck was completed on time and on budget. The work was superior and they leave the work site clean every day. Don't hesitate to reach out to Novacon. You'll be glad you did.

    Basement renovation

    This is the second house Pavel and his team have worked on for us. We couldn't be happier. Our basement reno was on time and on budget and Pavel was great at communicating with us throughout. We have an older home with some structural challenges and Pavel has always had practical suggestions for tackling issues as they arose. Our basement is now dry, warm and comfortable.

    Two Bathroom Renovations

    Novacon was very professional and supplied us with great options that were within our price range. We were really happy with the quality of the work and the attention to detail.

    Ensuite Washroom Renovation

    Call Novacon!!!!! This company is fantastic. My project was managed by William, whom was terrific. He led me through the process from Day 1, and answered all of my questions from beginning to end. The renovation was simply to gut and remodel my ensuite washroom, and I was treated royally to some top notch service and quality craftsmanship. William was more than helpful with assisting me in my decision-making and walking me through each stage. William was always quick to respond to me from beginning to end, and the online client software Novacon uses was key in helping me stay in control of where we were at in the stages, and my finances. Thanks again to Pavel, the owner, and William for transforming my bathroom into a little oasis. Monday mornings aren't so bad anymore!!!!

    Complete basement, bathroom, laundry & workshop renovation, as well as a new house exterior.

    From the moment Pavel arrived at our house to assess the job we had in mind, right through to the finishing details, we experienced nothing less than professionalism and top-notch workmanship from Novacon Construction. Pavel's team provided us with a fabulous renovation that began with gutting our entire basement and ripping off the old exterior of the house. Pavel calmly guided us through this maze of construction from start to finish. His client site made it possible for us to communicate with ease. Pavel was cognizant of our budget throughout, was never pushy or intimidating. This is one awesome contractor! Pavel is a thorough and honest contractor who knows construction inside and out, who honours time frames and budgets. And if this isn't enough Pavel, and all of his team of workers, are thoughtful and personable. We are now enjoying a beautiful new basement and a front facade that turns heads. We cannot sing the praises of Novacon loudly enough!

    Basement renovation

    Pavel and his team renovated our basement and did a fantastic job. All of Novacon's subtrades from the plumbers, electricians and drywall installers were very professional and did their work in a timely and clean manner. Pavel's father was the PM and was at our house every day until the job was completed which was within the timeframe discussed. His workmanship from the baseboards to the framing and flooring was exceptional and we are very happy. Dave Singh & Elisa Nasho

    Retaining wall, fence and landscaping

    The back of our yard was slowing sliding the neighbours yard. Pavel and his team excavated the bank, installed a retaining wall to hold the bank and then rebuilt the fence. They also leveled and re-sod our lawn. The job was done quickly and cleanly. Our yard has never looked so good and our neighbours are just as happy. Thanks Pavel!
