New flat roof
My old flat roof and deck were a mess, leaking, rotten boards, falling apart. After checking out several contractors, I went with Novacon, along with my neighbours who had used them previously for a major renovation and were thrilled with the result. Pavel gave us a detailed contract, outlining all work and costs included, and was great to work with. He brought in Alex and his crew and they did a first-rate job, removing the old deck and roof and installing a new roof system that is used in a lot of high end homes and commercial properties. They protected my yard during the work and cleaned up everything. I found everyone extremely pleasant and professional to deal with. And the price was very competitive. I highly recommend this company, 5 out of 5!

Laundry cabinetry
We had previously had Pavel and his team complete our home renovation and new addition. So when I needed some new cabinet's installed, he was the first person I thought of. Pavel came over right away to discuss and measure the area. Within a week, he had found the cabinets we needed and arranged to install them. They were installed in less than a day and looked fantastic. Another job well done! We will definitely hire Pavel and Novacon for our next project- big or small!

Total Home Renovation
Pavel and his crew were incredible! Not only did they complete the job on time (the exact day scheduled) but dealt with several tasks that were beyond the scope of the original project. PROS: - On schedule completion of job - Quality work and attention to detail - Respectful crew - Clear billing, job outline and billing and works schedule! - Super simple design process CONS: - None!!

Full home reno
Pavel is someone who does what he says and says what he does. In my dealing with contractors, I believe that's the best compliment I can give him and his company. With a tight timeline dictated by the closing date of our new house, Pavel presented a detailed budget before starting the job. After getting 3 other quotes we decided to go with Novacon. During the job he was forthcoming and quick to remind us if something wasn't in the scope of what we'd discussed and if there were more cost efficient ways to to do things without compromising. In the end we ended up right on time, bang on budget and with a great reno. Again, someone who does what he says and says what he does.

Home renovation
I was a first time home owner and this was my first time renovation. I intentionally bought something to fix as I believed I would create my own instead of find it and it would be in my budget. Pavel was incredible to work with. Incredible because he was practical and explained the technical things I was clueless about at a level that I could understand. When it came to the materials that I felt uncertain about it, he gave me the opportunity to research it and I always came back to say - Ok you were right. His company committed to everything they said they would do and on time. When it came time to decision making on surprise problems or materials, I was always well informed and given the time to digest. Renovating is a very emotional activity and through the process Pavel was understanding and patient. thanks for my home.

Kitchen renovation
We contacted Pavel at Novacon construction regarding our kitchen renovation, as we had a fantastic experience with him on our basement washroom a few years back. Our PM William worked within our budget to deliver a fantastic kitchen. We are so happy with the process and all the work the team did. The job was done on budget and on time. The gentlemen whom were in our home were very respectful and very accommodating, but most importantly the final product is outstanding. I have never had a new kitchen in my life, and Novacon gave me my dream kitchen. It may only be 110sqf but it's beautiful. Because we ordered our cabinets from Home Depot and failed to listen to Pavel's advice on ordering through his supplier, the project came to a halt. I won't get into details, but needless to say HD got it right after the 2nd time. William set me up with a temporary kitchen that made the delay from Home Depot bearable. William, thank you for leading the project, and thank you Novacon for my beautiful kitchen.

Basement Bedrooms Renovation
I was planning to have family from overseas live with us for a year and needed more space in my bungalow to accommodate them. My plan was to see what kind of rooms the basement would hold so that I could give living quarters to my sister and her 2 kids. I had needed 2 bedrooms built. I had been given the name Novacon through a referral, and after meeting with William whom was my project manager, we proceeded to go ahead with the project. I was remise at first, as is to be expected when spending a large amount of money, but within no time I could tell that I was in good hands. Pavel, the company owner is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and was very insightful. I was fortunate to have William supervising the project and my one point of contact. William was able to work well with me to ensure that all wok was done properly and that not only was the product perfect, but the process as well. Since my husband passed I had the daunting task of obliviously navigating through the realm of renovations, and scared was an understatement for my feelings. The gentlemen worked with me and my budget to deliver a fantastic pair of rooms my family are currently in now. The rooms are warm, cozy and exactly what I wanted. The team at Novacon are second to none. I want to thank Pavel, Ondrej, William, Mike, Tim, Don, Bryan and Val for the transformation. Aside from a beautiful living space you gave me my home again.

Kitchen and bathroom complete gut and renovation
Do yourself a favour and give this team a call. While I had several companies quote my project, from the first time I met with the Novacon team I knew they were the ones I wanted working on my project. I have an older home in Toronto that was in need of renovations. The project consisted of a full gut and renovation of my kitchen and bathroom down to the studs. William was my project manager and lead the talented team through the job. As someone who has little or no understanding of construction, he always had time for all my questions and took the time to explain the scope of the work. He also had the courage to caution me when he felt I might be making a poor choice that could impact the quality of the work. The entire team was a passionate and caring group to have in the house. I hope to have them back soon to work on another project.

main floor renovation
We chose Pavel at Novacon to handle our mainfloor renovation after having 5 contractors through the house to provide feedback and estimates. Pavel was the only one who asked questions about the plans we provided and offered suggestions. Also his estimate was surprisingly reasonable as well. The scope of the work consisted of the removal of all interior walls on the main floor, insulating, drywalling, rebuilding the entire staircase, and a lot of detail work including installing a large feature wall made barnboard. Everyday of the project, we had Mike (who works for Pavel) at our house, on time and often staying late to finish up the days project. Mike was a joy to have at the house. He took great pride in his work, frequently going above and beyond to make sure even the smallest of details looked perfect. The end result is a main floor that we love. Everything looks great, and no small detail has been overlooked. We will be using Pavel at Novacon when we do our next project (and hopefully he sends us back Mike again). The workmanship is impeccable and most importantly, Pavel is honest and upfront.

Kitchen Island and removal of wall
We hired Novacon Construction to remove an existing wall from our kitchen to the dining room and create a more open concept kitchen with a new Island including granite top and much needed storage. They also closed off our laundry room in the basement with a new partition wall. My experience with Novacon was positive from beginning to end. Communication between Pavel, his crew and us was always carried through correctly, nothing was misunderstood, We were extremely pleased with the work done to transform my cramped kitchen into an open concept feel, now we all gravitate toward the Island. They always arrived on time and the work was finished on schedule and on budget. Job well done Novacon crew!!
