    House Cleaning

    After going through a multitude of cleaning services and experiencing frustration over money spent on a job we could have done better ourselves - we found Just Clean It and couldn't be happier with the results. Michelle always arrives on time with a pleasant demeanor. She works steadily and quietly lifting and moving every object in need of dusting, she stops to check her work and will redo her own work if it isn't bringing out that luster she's aiming for. Michelle cleans our home like it's her home.

    residential cleaning service

    Professional from the start! I was contacted very quickly and was able to book right away. Andrew was on time, friendly, courteous. My family and I were very happy with the service. Andrew did a thorough job that I was pleased with. I look forward to using the service again!

    House cleaning for 5 years

    Michelle and Andrew from Just Clean It have been taking care of my home for over 5 years now. They are dependable, courteous, trustworthy and friendly. They accomplish so much during each visit and often take on special projects when there is a light week. They will adjust the schedule and rates to meet your needs. They help maintain the value of my home and provide our family with more time together. I recommend Just Clean It for all your cleaning needs.

    housekeeping

    I was very satisfied with the attention to detail, and flexibility. The cleaner they sent, Andrew, was great, very personable. Our bathrooms have never looked cleaner. Definately will have them back on a regular basis.

    bi-weekly cleaning

    We had been customers of Just Clean It since July of 2009. Over that time there have been some disappointments with their customer service, although the actual cleaning has been satisfactory. A most distressing situation occurred today as our cleaner Andrew phoned up an hour before a scheduled cleaning to say that they're no longer serving our area (North York) and will be concentrating only on the east end of Toronto. So, with effectively no notice, we find ourselves no longer their customers. Part of the reason we initially chose Just Clean It was their offering of environmentally friendly cleaning, which they do, but at that time they also committed to having their personnel's clothing cleaned in a scent-free manner. They no longer seem to make that commitment This may not be an issue to most customers, but my wife suffers from chemical sensitivities so finding a service where the personnel as well as the products were non-toxic was a big deciding factor. With time, this ceased to happen. Unfortunately, from our point of view, Andrew would show up with what to our perception was highly scented clothing. It also meant that areas that had been cleaned had to be avoided for a while until the scent went down. Beyond that, last minute rescheduling (shifting a few hours later) seemed to become almost the norm on cleaning days - which was a minor inconvenience in our situation. In the last few months a couple of cleanings were entirely cancelled at the last minute, and no agreeable time could be scheduled for a makeup cleaning. So, all in all, finding ourselves no longer customers is probably just pushing us to make a search for an alternative which we would likely have had to do in any case. However, cancelling our service without any advance notification is surely not good customer service.

    Thank you Douglas for your feed back, while we try to accommodate our clients who have chemical sensitivities each case is different, you provided your own products, and equipment, we never used any of our products in your home, so if there was any smells, it came from the products that you provided, And we gave you a discount because you provided your own supplies. Andrew Serviced your home for over a year so if he was showing up with scents that was making you ill, I wish you would have brought it to his attention, a whole year is a long time. We felt that it was time to part ways, We wish you all the best.

    Moving Day House clean

    Michelle made the arrangements even though it was last min and required their service in the evening.. Andrew got lost on the way, but we will blame google maps for that...lol ;) Andrew and Wil did a superb job cleaning our new place. Poor guys where there till after midnight.... They did an excellent job and went out of their way to make us happy!!! Andrew walked me though all that he did and we where more then happy and impressed with the results.

    cleaning house that is moving

    I had Andrew and his crew out to Pickering to clean my house that has been sold. They did an incredible job and cleaned everything beautifully. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great attitudes the whole day even though they were there for a very long time. Gail

    Post Reno Clean Up

    Contractor brought in his own cleaners that really didn't clean. Called Just Clean It and they did a fabulous job. With so much dust in the house, the place was a mess, after the cleanup crew went through the place was immaculate. Walls, baseboards, blinds, everything...Well done! Would definitely use them again, and recommend them!

    home renovation cleaning

    Andrew and his colleague cleaned our place top to bottom after our recent renovation. They were very detail oriented and accomodating. We would highly recommend using their services to friends and family. Great job! Even the water heater got cleaned! Chris and Erica

    Regular home cleaning

    I live in a one-bedroom condo but was having trouble keeping up with the cleaning and decided to try using a cleaning service. I contacted four different companies and decided to go with Just Clean It. Just Clean It was the best at responding to me; Michelle responded to all of my questions promptly through email. Andrew showed up early and his estimate of the time it would take for the cleaning was spot-on. He did a great job! My condo is cleaner than it's ever been. Andrew and Michelle were both very friendly and worked with me to coordinate the best time for the cleaning. I also appreciated how they were able to provide all the supplies needed for the cleaning. I've already started recommending Just Clean It to my friends and plan to use them in the future.
