    Condo complete cleaning after reno plaster dust

    2 days previous had cleaning company who were no help--misunderstood why I called ie: TO REMOVE PLASTER DUST....they just did regular kitchen and bathroom cleaning Found Just Clean It on web and response was fast and efficent. Workers were dedicated to complete job as requested Extremely pleased with outcome! Will use again when required.

    bi-weekley cleaning

    I receive bi-weekly cleaning from Andrew, who is alway thorough, prompt and courteous. I am confident that he cleans my home with care. Also, I have alway received a quick and professional response from Michelle to any queries I may have. Thank you Andrew, your hard work allows me the time and energy to pursue pastimes that I enjoy.

    House Cleaning

    My wife and I are so glad we found JUST CLEAN IT!! They have done an exceptional job cleaning our house, and we will definetly have them back for a monthly cleaning!! THANK YOU Andrew for making our house SHINE!

    House Cleaning

    Hired Just Clean It a few weeks ago after trying other cleaners that were not very good. Andrew brought his own supplies and did an excellent job cleaning everything including light fixtures and base boards. We are very pleased and plan to hire them on a monthly basis.

    Home Cleaning

    After reading the reviews on Home Stars, we hired this company to clean certain areas of our home. Andrew was very punctual, courteous, and his work was great! We hope to hire them back on a regular basis. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

    house cleaning

    JustCleanIt has provided geberal housecleaning on a weekly basis for ten years, and does those little 'extras' when we are away on business or vacation

    We have had Andrew & Michelle clean for us for ten years. They are polite, courteous and do an outstanding job. When we are away on business or vacation, they have done those 'little extras'; eg water the plants, collect the mail, etc, leaving us with the confidence that our place is safe and tidy when we are not here. We have referred JustCleanIt to some of our friends who are equally pleased with Andrew and Michelle. I have no reservations in recommending them highly to others. M R Buchanan

    post renovation and regular cleaning

    We called Justcleanit to do a post renovation cleaning following the rewiring of our home. We were very happy with the cleaning and now have our home cleaned on a regualr basis with staff from Justcleanit. They are always prompt, and spend the full amount of time agreed upon in cleaning the house. We have always been satisified with the results.

    Post renovation cleaning

    Hired this company to clean post-reno. House was heavy with drywall dust and I also wanted no evidence of previous owners. I was very clear about this when I booked the appointment. Cleaners showed up and did not clean as expected but were quick to ask for payment at the end of the job yet the job wasn't finished and required them to return. Upon further review, the areas of my home that were supposedly cleaned, were not cleaned very well. To their credit they returned within 24 hours and re-cleaned the areas that had already been cleaned at no charge and then finished the rest of the job. The overall cost was nearly $600! I also discovered to my dismay that some of the cleaning products used were not environmentally friendy as they state they use in their ads.

    Please Read This Complete Review to know what the truth really is Thank You: Wow David this is truly amazing, Let me make something clear, clearly you decided to take the words of the previous post someone who to date we cannot find anywhere in our data-base, or on any of our receipts that has been issued to anyone in the Scarborough area, however you I do remember very well. David you signed off on your Post reno cleaning stating that you are satisfied with the cleaning we provided why would you pay $600.00 for a cleaning that you are so unsatisfied with $600.00 is a lot of money to blow on poor cleaning. You didn't mention that you had to call another cleaning company to redo the work, and as far as payment goes Again payment is not taken care of until a walk through is done with the client which in this case is you David P you signed off on the cleaning saying everything was done to your satisfaction, So I want everyone to know the truth so here it is. You did not make your self available beyond 5 hours, so you told the cleaner that you would call to reschedule more time, however once you did call, your words to me were you were unsatisfied with the cleaning that you received there was still areas that had dust, my words to you were okay we'll return to redo the areas in question no problem. So I rescheduled the cleaning for the same day , so I looked through the file for your cleaning and found out that the cleaning was not completed, but you had paid for the cleaning that was done which at that time was for the 5 hours, your words to me were that this Post Renovation Cleaning should have taken no more than 3.5 hours you said you could have gone in there and taken care of it in 3.5 hours by your self, which was very interesting, No Post renovation done by my company could ever be done in 3.5 hours one person except if it's in very, very small space. Anyway I understood your frustration at the time, anyway once the cleaners showed up you said that you don't think you should pay to have the work completed because it shouldn't have taken so long in the first place, eventually the work was completed after much discussion, you did the walk through again with the cleaner and you appeared very happy I'm told, you signed off on the job saying great job guys wonderful! as to what I'm told. And then you come here a month later to say the cleaning was poor. I think it's very important that the full story is told if a review is going to be submitted, you're making it seem as if we just wanted your money we collect no money until the client signs off on the work saying they are satisfied, that is why we have a walk through guarantee, and are the only company to my knowledge who does have a walk through guarantee. I as a business owner know how hard we work for our money and I know that those who give us their trust to do a job, work just as hard if not harder for their money, It is very disappointing that you would not tell the whole truth. And as far as the cleaning products go we use Mothers choice and Pink solution cleaning products I stand behind the work that was performed knowing that everything was done to your satisfaction after all I have your signature on the work order saying so, but I believe because you felt that you shouldn't have paid more to have the areas that were not done in the first cleaning, you then come here to try and make us look bad. It is my belief that if you were so unsatisfied you would never have booked us for the second cleaning nothing in life is free, and you made the choice to use us the second time.     cleaning

    After reading the positive reviews here we hired Just Clean It. They sent the cleaner a half hour early (we weren't even up yet, it was 8 a.m.) He was very nice and did an okay job, but within moments of him arriving, someone from the company phoned him on his cell and had him pass his phone to me - and this person told me I needed to pay the cleaner. Well, no kidding! I had every intention of paying him. After the job was done I called the company and left a voicemail message asking how I could arrange regular bi-weekly cleaning. I said we liked the young man who had done the job and wanted to know if we could have him again. Nobody called back. I tried again in a couple of days to ask the same question, and also requested a receipt for the service that had already been provided. It was supposed to be emailed to me and hadn't been. Days went by. Another week passed and I got my receipt in the mail. But no one ever called me back to answer my questions about booking a regular service. To this day I don't know why this company didn't want our business, but between that and being "reminded" I had to pay the cleaner when he hadn't even begun the work yet, I just found the whole customer service aspect very disappointing and unprofessional. We found someone else and are very happy. Receipts are given out on the spot and payment is done when the work is finished. Nobody called on the first day to make sure I wasn't trying to rip them off. It's the little things that make a service pleasant!

    Thank you lacey for your feedback, I've search our data-base and have found no cleaning provided to a lacey in the Scarborough area any where in our records, secondly under no circumstances do we phone a client and tell them to pay the cleaner before a cleaning is completed, cost is discussed with the client at the time the appointment is booked so there would be no need for me to call the client to tell them to pay the cleaner, furthermore, if you were so disappointment with the service from the time the person step in your door to the lack of customer service that you received at the end why would you want to schedule regular bi-weekly cleaning with a company that has disappointment you from the start? I believe you may have the wrong company, under no circumstance would l ever demand payment for a cleaning before it's even started it is company policy never to accept payment before a cleaning is completed, this is the reason why we do not accept prepaid cleanings. In closing Just Clean It has been in business for 12.5 years, I started this company because I genuinely enjoy helping people live the best life they can I would under no circumstance turn away a client who would like to use our service. I truly believe that the best thing any person could do for another is to give them a little more time to enjoy with their families, I get really excited when we add a new client to our list of satisfied clients, I'm sorry that you had a bad experience however I don't believe that you have the right company I've searched our data base and could not find a Lacey. I'm very glad that you were able to find a service that provides the kind of service your happy with, but again we found no record of a lacey in our data base or in any receipts that have been mailed out.
